基于CiteSpace可视化分析我国医养结合创新模式的研究热点与趋势OA

Objective:To explore the current status,research hotspots and development trends of innovative models of integrated medical and elderly care in China.Methods:Using CiteSpace bibliometric tool,relevant literature on innovative models of integrated medical and elderly care collected from CNKI was analyzed.Cluster and co-occurrence analyses of subject terms and keywords were conducted to clarify the current situation,hotspots and trends of relevant research.Results:A total of 82 articles were included.The top three most frequent keywords were integration of medical care and elderly care(55 times),elderly care models(11 times),and innovation and elderly care services(4 times each).#0 elderly care models were the largest cluster,containing 30 key nodes with a silhouette value of 1.0,indicating the best clustering quality.Medical-elderly care integration served as the core linking clusters such as elderly care models.Research hotspots focused on six aspects,such an elderly care models and smart elderly care.The research had evolved through the stages of basic model exploration,initial technological empowerment,and deepening of practical scenarios,and now focuses on long-term care services.Conclusion:Current research covers a wide range of fields yet lays excessive emphasis on macroscopic elaborations,while the practical exploration and research on elderly care for specific subgroups remain relatively weak.
