近年来,3D打印技术在骨关节外科领域获得了迅速发展并得到广泛应用.该技术依托医学影像数据,可精准构建患者特定的解剖模型、定制手术导板以及个体化设计植入物,为复杂骨折、关节置换、骨缺损修复及骨肿瘤重建等临床问题提供新的解决方案,其应用显著提升了手术精度、操作效率及术后功能恢复水平.随着材料科学、数字医疗及计算机辅助设计技术的持续进步,3D打印技术在骨关节外科的临床应用价值和发展潜力将进一步拓展.本文旨在系统综述3D打印技术在骨关节外科中的应用进展.
In recent years,three-dimensional(3D)printing technology has rapidly developed and been widely applied in the field of orthopedic and joint surgery.Leveraging medical imaging data,this technology enables the precise construction of patient-specific anatomical models,customized surgical guides,and personalized implants.It offers novel solutions for complex fractures,joint arthroplasty,bone defect reconstruction and tumor-related bone reconstruction.Its application has significantly improved surgical accuracy,operational efficiency,and postoperative functional recovery.With ongoing advancements in materials science,digital healthcare,and computer-aided design,the clinical value and potential applications of 3D printing technology in orthopedic and joint surgery are expected to expand further.This review aims to systematically summarize the advances in the application of 3D printing technology in orthopedic and joint surgery.
