动脉粥样硬化患者tRF-His-GTG-037表达水平及其与血管平滑肌细胞表型转化标志物的关系研究OA

Objective To investigate the expression level of tRF-His-GTG-037 and its relationship with markers of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC)phenotypic transition in patients with atherosclerosis(AS).Methods A total of 157 AS patients admitted to Renhuai People's Hospital from May 2024 to July 2025 were selected as the study group,and 100 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations at Renhuai People's Hospital during the same period were enrolled as the control group.General data were collected,the expression level of tRF-His-GTG-037 was detected by qRT-PCR,the markers of VSMC phenotypic transition[α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),smooth muscle 22α(SM22α),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),and osteopontin(OPN)]were measured using enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA).Results The tRF-His-GTG-037 expression level,MMP-9 and OPN in the study group were higher than those in the control group,α-SMA and SM22α were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the tRF-His-GTG-037 expression level in AS patients was negatively correlated with α-SMA(r=-0.511,P<0.001)and SM22α(r=-0.568,P<0.001),and positively correlated with MMP-9(r=0.525,P<0.001)and OPN(r=0.548,P<0.001).Conclusion The tRF-His-GTG-037 expression level is elevated in patients with AS.The tRF-His-GTG-037 expression level is negatively correlated with α-SMA and SM22α,and positively correlated with MMP-9 and OPN.
