Types,Assessment Tools and Nursing Measures of Skin Adverse Reactions Related to Targeted Drug Therapy for Lung Cancer
肺癌是临床较常见的恶性肿瘤之一.靶向药物治疗作为肺癌的重要治疗手段,能有效延长患者总生存期.但作为一类特异性作用于肿瘤细胞信号通路的药物,靶向药物会引发多种皮肤不良反应,这已成为影响患者治疗耐受性、生活质量的核心问题之一.本文主要综述了肺癌靶向药物治疗相关皮肤不良反应类型、评估工具及护理措施,以期为肺癌靶向药物治疗相关皮肤不良反应的临床干预提供参考.
Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors.Targeted drug therapy,as an important treatment for lung cancer,can effectively prolong the overall survival of patients.However,targeted drugs,as a class of drugs that specifically act on tumor cell signaling pathways,can cause a variety of skin adverse reactions,which has become one of the core issues affecting patients'treatment tolerance and quality of life.This article mainly reviews the types,assessment tools and nursing measures of skin adverse reactions related to targeted drug therapy for lung cancer,in order to provide a reference for clinical intervention of skin adverse reactions related to targeted drug therapy for lung cancer.
