太阴型人格与大学生心理健康的关系:心理灵活性和人际需求受挫的链式中介作用OA
Relationship between Taiyin-type personality and college students' mental health:chain mediating role of psychological fle-xibility and frustrated interpersonal needs
目的 探讨太阴型人格与大学生心理健康的关系,以及心理灵活性和人际需求受挫在二者之间的中介作用.方法 采用五态人格简版量表、心理灵活性量表、人际需求受挫量表、心理健康量表对某本科院校大学生进行问卷调査.共发放问卷667份,回收有效问卷516份.采用Spearman相关性分析对太阴型人格、心理健康、心理灵活性以及人际需求受挫的相关关系进行检验,采用PROCESS宏中的Model 6检验心理灵活性和人际需求受挫在太阴型人格与心理健康关系中的链式中介作用.结果 相关分析结果显示,太阴型人格与大学生心理健康(r=-0.528,P<0.01)、心理灵活性(r=-0.138,P<0.01)呈显著负相关,与人际需求受挫呈显著正相关(r=0.539,P<0.01);心理灵活性与大学生心理健康呈显著正相关(r=0.269,P<0.01),与人际需求受挫呈显著负相关(r=-0.280,P<0.01);人际需求受挫与大学生心理健康呈显著负相关(r=-0.652,P<0.01).回归分析发现,太阴型人格对大学生心理健康(β=-0.251,P<0.001)和心理灵活性(β=-0.134,P<0.01)的负向预测作用显著,对人际需求受挫的正向预测作用显著(β=0.524,P<0.001);心理灵活性对人际需求受挫的负向预测作用显著(β=-0.204,P<0.001),对大学生心理健康的正向预测作用显著(β=0.095,P<0.01);人际需求受挫对大学生心理健康的负向预测作用显著(β=-0.490,P<0.001).Bootstrap抽样法检验结果显示:在太阴型人格与大学生心理健康之间,心理灵活性的中介效应显著(95%CI不包含0),人际需求受挫的中介效应显著(95%CI不包含0),心理灵活性和人际需求受挫共同构成的链式中介效应显著(95%CI不包含0).结论 太阴型人格对大学生心理健康具有直接影响,同时可通过多条间接路径作用于大学生心理健康:一是心理灵活性的单独中介效应,二是人际需求受挫的单独中介效应,三是心理灵活性与人际需求受挫共同构成的链式中介效应.
Objective To explore the relationship between Taiyin-type personality and college students' mental health,and the medi-ating roles of psychological flexibility and frustrated interpersonal needs in this association.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among undergraduate students from a university using the Short Version of the Five-Temperament Personality Scale,Psy-chological Flexibility Scale,Frustrated Interpersonal Needs Scale,and Mental Health Scale.A total of 667 questionnaires were distri-buted,and 516 valid questionnaires were collected.Spearman correlation analysis was performed to examine the correlations among Taiyin personality,mental health,psychological flexibility,and frustrated interpersonal need.Model 6 in the PROCESS macro was employed to examine the chain mediating effect of psychological flexibility and frustration of interpersonal needs in the relationship between Taiyin personality and mental health.Results Correlation analysis results showed that Taiyin personality was significantly negatively correlated with college students' mental health(r=-0.528,P<0.01)and psychological flexibility(r=-0.138,P<0.01),and significantly positively correlated with frustrated interpersonal need(r=0.539,P<0.01).Psychological flexibility was positively corre-lated with mental health(r=0.269,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with frustrated interpersonal need(r=-0.280,P<0.01).Frus-trated interpersonal need was significantly negatively correlated with mental health(r=-0.652,P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that Taiyin-type personality significantly negatively predicted mental health(β=-0.251,P<0.001)and psychological flexibility(β=-0.134,P<0.01),while significantly positively predicted frustrated interpersonal needs(β=0.524,P<0.001).Psychological flexibility significantly negatively predicted frustrated interpersonal needs(β=-0.204,P<0.001)and significantly positively predicted mental health(β=0.095,P<0.01).Frustrated interpersonal needs significantly negatively predicted mental health(β=-0.490,P<0.001).Boot-strap analysis indicated that psychological flexibility(95%CI excluding 0)and frustrated interpersonal needs(95%CI excluding 0)each exerted a significant mediating effect between Taiyin-type personality and college students' mental health.Additionally,the chain mediating effect of psychological flexibility and frustrated interpersonal needs in sequence was statistically significant(95%CI excluding 0).Conclusion Taiyin-type personality has a direct impact on college students' mental health and also exerts indirect effects through multiple pathways:the independent mediating effect of psychological flexibility;the independent mediating effect of frustrated interpersonal needs;the chain mediating effect co-constructed by psychological flexibility and frustrated interpersonal needs.
