裸花紫珠对微甘菊的化感作用OA
Allelopathic effects of Callicarpa nudiflora leaf extract on Mikania micrantha
[目的]探究裸花紫珠叶片提取物对微甘菊种子萌发、茎节生根及盆栽生长的抑制作用,并结合根际土壤微生物组分析,揭示其化感作用的潜在生态机制.[方法]探究裸花紫珠叶片 75%乙醇提取物对微甘菊种子萌发、茎节生根及盆栽生长的化感效应,并结合根际土壤微生物组分析揭示其潜在机制.[结果](1)0.1%质量浓度的 1 月鲜叶提取物(LY-H)对微甘菊种子萌发抑制最强,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别较对照组(CK)下降 77.1%、76.2%和 74.3%(p<0.01),化感综合效应指数(SE)达-0.76;(2)0.1%质量浓度的 7 月鲜叶提取物(XY-H)显著抑制茎节生根,生根数和根长分别减少 68.7%和57.6%(p<0.05),SE 为-0.632;(3)盆栽试验中,LY-H 处理使微甘菊抽薹总长度和茎重分别减少 50.0%和 38.3%(p<0.05),表明其抑制效果具有持续性;(4)根际微生物分析显示,处理组中固氮菌(如根瘤菌属)和氮循环菌(如硝化螺菌门)丰度显著降低(p<0.01),而土壤修复菌(如假单胞菌属)丰度增加,提示微生物群落重塑可能通过限制氮素可利用性间接增强化感抑制.[结论]裸花紫珠提取物通过"化感物质-微生物互作"双重途径抑制微甘菊生长,为基于本土植物的生态防控提供了理论依据.
[Aim]This study investigated the inhibitory effects of Callicarpa nudiflora leaf extract on the seed germination,stem cutting rooting,and potted plant growth of Mikania micrantha and analyzed the rhizosphere microbiome,aiming to reveal the poten-tial ecological mechanisms of the allelopathic effects.[Method]This study investigated the allelopathic effects of 75%ethanol ex-tract from C.nudiflora leaves on the seed germination,stem cutting rooting,and potted plant growth of M.micrantha and analyzed the rhizosphere microbiome to elucidate underlying mechanisms.[Result](1)The 0.1%extract from January-harvested leaves(LY-H)exhibited the strongest inhibition on seed germination,reducing the germination rate,germination energy,and germination index by 77.1%,76.2%,and 74.3%,respectively(p<0.01),compared with the control group(CK),with a synthetical allelo-pathic effect index(SE)of-0.76.(2)The 0.1%extract from July-harvested leaves(XY-H)suppressed stem cutting rooting,de-creasing the root number and length by 68.7%and 57.6%,respectively(p<0.05),with a SE of-0.632.(3)In pot experiments,LY-H treatment reduced the total bolting length and stem weight of M.micrantha by 50.0%and 38.3%,respectively(p<0.05),showcasing persistent inhibitory effect.(4)The rhizosphere microbial analysis revealed that treated groups showed decreased abun-dance of nitrogen-fixing bacteria(e.g.,Rhizobium)and nitrifying bacteria(e.g.,Nitrospira)(p<0.01)and increased abundance of soil-remediating bacteria(e.g.,Pseudomonas),suggesting that microbiome remodeling may indirectly enhance allelopathy by limit-ing nitrogen availability.[Conclusion]C.nudiflora leaf extract suppresses the growth of M.micrantha through dual pathways of alle-lochemical action and microbial regulation.The findings provide a novel eco-friendly strategy for invasive plant management.
