5份野生垂穗披碱草种子萌发期耐旱性评价OA
Evaluation of drought tolerance during seed germination in five wild Elymus nutans accessions
试验旨在筛选耐旱性强的垂穗披碱草材料,并探究其扩繁后种子萌发期的耐旱性变化.以采自西藏自治区的5份野生垂穗披碱草种子及其扩繁后收获的种子为材料,采用聚乙二醇6000(PEG-6000)溶液模拟干旱胁迫,在实验室条件下进行发芽试验,对其萌发期的耐旱性进行综合评价,并运用隶属函数法分析扩繁前后各材料在萌发期的耐旱性变化.结果显示,5份野生垂穗披碱草种子萌发期的耐旱性表现为申扎县>康马县>浪卡子县>索县>当雄县(SZX>KMX>LKZ>SX>DX).经田间扩繁后,除SZX材料萌发期耐旱性较野生种有所下降外,其他4份材料的耐旱性均较野生种有所提升.研究表明,采自申扎县的野生垂穗披碱草材料种子萌发期的耐旱性最优,生产性能较好,可以作为耐旱材料进行选育并利用.
The experiment aimed to screen drought tolerance Elymus nutans materials,and investigate changes in their drought tolerance during seed germination after propagation.Five wild Elymus nutans seeds collected from Xizang and their harvested seeds after propagation were used as materials,polyethylene glycol 6000(PEG-6000)solution was used to simulate drought stress,and germination experiments were carried out under laboratory conditions,to comprehensively evaluate the drought tolerance of their germination period.The results showed that the drought tolerance of five wild Elymus nutans seeds during germination was as follows:Shenzha County>Kangma County>Langkazi County>Suo County>Dangxiong County(SZX>KMX>LKZ>SX>DX).After field propagation,except for the SZX material which showed a decrease in drought tolerance during germination compared to the wild species,the drought tolerance of the other four materials increased compared to the wild species.The study shows that wild Elymus nutans materials collected from Shenzha County have the best drought tolerance and better production performance during seed germination,and can be used as drought tolerant materials for breeding and utilization.
