高频刈割对水培下不同品种苜蓿产量及品质的影响OA
Effects of high frequency cutting on yield and quality of different alfalfa varieties under hydroponics
试验旨在探究不同苜蓿品种在浅液流水培系统及连续高频刈割条件下的生长适应性.以中草13号、WL440HQ和WL525HQ共3个苜蓿品种为材料,在室内可控环境采用浅液流水培技术进行12次连续刈割.测定各茬次的干草产量、叶茎比、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)等指标,并计算相对饲喂价值(RFV).采用通径分析、主成分分析及隶属函数法对数据进行综合评价.结果显示,WL440HQ的综合评价值(D值)最高(0.731),其干草产量显著高于其他品种(P<0.05),CP含量可达30%以上,NDF和ADF含量显著低于中草13号(P<0.05),营养品质优异.WL525HQ的D值为0.616,品质尚可但产量稳定性不足;中草13号D值为0.245,各项指标均偏低.刈割茬次对产量与品质影响显著,WL440HQ和中草13号表现为第1茬干草产量最高,而CP含量与RFV在中后期(第9~12茬)呈回升趋势.隶属函数综合排序为:WL440HQ>WL525HQ>中草13号.研究表明,在水培高频刈割系统中,WL440HQ是兼具高产与优质潜力的理想品种.
The experiment aimed to investigate the growth adaptability of different alfalfa varieties under shallow water flow cultivation system and continuous high-frequency cutting conditions.Three alfalfa varieties,Zhongcao 13,WL440HQ,and WL525HQ,were used as materials and subjected to 12 consecutive cuts using shallow water flow cultivation technology in a controlled environment indoor.The hay yield,leaf stem ratio,crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acidic detergent fiber(ADF)and other indicators for each crop were measured,and the relative feeding value(RFV)was calculated.A comprehensive evaluation of the data using path analysis,principal component analysis,and membership function method was conduct.The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation value(D value)of WL440HQ was the highest(0.731),and its hay yield was significantly higher than other varieties(P<0.05),the CP content could reach more than 30%,and the concentrations of NDF and ADF were significantly lower than those of Zhongcao 13(P<0.05),indicating excellent nutritional quality.The D value of WL525HQ was 0.616,indicating acceptable quality performance but insufficient yield stability.The D value of Zhongcao 13 was 0.245,and all indicators were relatively low.The cutting frequency had a significant impact on yield and quality.WL440HQ and Zhongcao 13 both showed the highest hay yield in first crop,while CP content and RFV showed a rebound trend in middle and later stages(9th to 12th crop).The comprehensive ranking of membership functions was:WL440HQ>WL525HQ>Zhongcao 13.The study shows that WL440HQ is an ideal variety with both high yield and high quality potential in hydroponic high-frequency harvesting systems.
