发酵中草药渣对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肉品质的影响OA
Effect of fermented Chinese medicine residues on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,and meat quality of finishing pigs
试验旨在探究发酵中草药渣对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肉品质的影响.选取27头品种相同、体重(82.59±1.15)kg、健康无病的130日龄育肥猪,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复3头.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别在基础饲粮中添加1%和2%的发酵中草药渣.预试期5 d,正式试验期45 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组平均日增重(ADG)分别显著提高5.0%和8.8%(P<0.05),平均日采食量(ADFI)分别降低5.9%和9.4%,料重比(F/G)分别显著降低9.5%和15.9%(P<0.05).试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性及尿素氮(BUN)、总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清中白蛋白(ALB)含量显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组血清中ALP活性和总蛋白(TP)含量显著提高(P<0.05).试验Ⅰ组肌肉剪切力显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组pH45 min值和熟肉率显著提高(P<0.05),失水率和肉色评分显著降低(P<0.05).试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组肌肉粗蛋白含量分别提高6.2%和10.9%.研究表明,在基础饲粮中添加发酵中草药渣能够提高育肥猪的生长性能和饲粮利用率,改善血清生化指标和肉品质,添加量为2%时效果更优.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of fermented Chinese herbal residues on the growth performance,serum biochemical indices,and meat quality of finishing pigs.A total of 27 healthy and disease-free finishing pigs of the same breed,aged 130 days,weighing(82.59±1.15)kg,were randomly divided into three groups,with three replicates in each group and three pigs in each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,while experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were fed with 1%and 2%fermented Chinese herbal residues added to the basal diet,respectively.The pre-test period was five days,and the formal test period was 45 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG)in experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly increased by 5.0%and 8.8%,respectively(P<0.05),the average daily feed intake(ADFI)was decreased by 5.9%and 9.4%,respectively,and the feed to gain ratio(F/G)was significantly decreased by 9.5%and 15.9%,respectively(P<0.05).The serum activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),as well as the concentrations of urea nitrogen(BUN)and total cholesterol(TC)in the serum of experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the content of albumin(ALB)in the serum was significantly increased(P<0.05).The alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity in the serum of experiment group Ⅰ was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The ALP activity and total protein(TP)content in the serum of experiment group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05).The muscle shear force in experiment group Ⅰ was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The pH45 min value and cooked meat rate in experiment group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the water loss rate and meat color score were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The muscle crude protein content in experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was increased by 6.2%and 10.9%,respectively.The study shows that adding fermented Chinese herbal residues to basal diet can increase the growth performance and feed utilization,improve serum biochemical indices and meat quality of finishing pigs.The effect is even better when the addition amount is 2%.
