复合棉源蛋白替代豆粕对生长育肥猪生长性能、血清生化、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响OA
Effects of replacing soybean meal with composite cotton-derived protein on growth performance,serum biochemistry,slaughter performance,and meat quality of growing-finishing pigs
试验旨在探究复合棉源蛋白(棉粕、棉籽蛋白、膨化棉籽)替代豆粕对生长育肥猪生长性能、血清生化、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响.选取72头体重相近的"杜×长×大"三元杂交猪(公、母各半),随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮;F1组用复合棉源蛋白部分替代豆粕,在生长前期、生长后期和育肥期分别添加16.00%、14.00%和12.00%;F2组用复合棉源蛋白完全替代豆粕,在上述3个阶段分别添加23.00%、21.00%和16.00%.预试期7 d,正式试验期91 d.结果显示,与CON组相比,F1组和F2组生长前期和育肥期平均日采食量(ADFI)显著降低(P<0.05),F1组生长前期平均日增重(ADG)显著降低(P<0.05),F2组生长前期料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05).F2组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及丙二醛(MDA)含量显著提高(P<0.05),F1组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),F2组SOD活性和T-AOC显著降低(P<0.05).各组屠宰性能无显著差异(P>0.05).F2组肌肉pH45 min值显著降低(P<0.05),F1组和F2组蒸煮损失显著提高(P<0.05).F1组和F2组背最长肌中多数必需氨基酸含量显著提高(P<0.05),多数饱和脂肪酸(SFA)、单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)及多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量降低.研究表明,复合棉源蛋白部分替代豆粕可以有效改善生长育肥猪的生长性能且不会显著影响屠宰性能,还可以提高肌肉氨基酸营养价值与饲料转化效率.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of replacing soybean meal with composite cotton-derived protein(cottonseed meal,cottonseed protein,puffed cottonseed)on the growth performance,serum biochemistry,slaughter performance,and meat quality of growing-finishing pigs.A total of 72'Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire'ternary hybrid pigs with similar body weight(half male and half female)were randomly divided into three groups,with four replicates in each group and six pigs in each replicate.Control group(group CON)was fed with basic feed.Group F1 partially replaced soybean meal with composite cotton-derived protein,with addition ratios of 16.00%,14.00%,and 12.00%in the early growth,late growth,and finishing periods,respectively.Group F2 completely replaced soybean meal with composite cotton-derived protein,with addition ratios of 23.00%,21.00%,and 16.00%in the three stages mentioned above.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 91 days.The results showed that compared with group CON,the average daily feed intake(ADFI)during the early growth period and finishing period of groups F1 and F2 was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the average daily gain(ADG)during the early growth period of group F1 was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio(F/G)during the early growth period of group F2 was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The concentrations of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and malondialdehyde(MDA)in group F2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in group F1 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the activity of SOD and T-AOC in group F2 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in slaughter performance among the groups(P>0.05).The pH45 min value of muscle in group F2 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the cooking loss in groups F1 and F2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The concentrations of most essential amino acids in the longissimus dorsi of groups F1 and F2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the concentrations of most saturated fatty acids(SFA),monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA),and polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA)were decreased.The study shows that partially replacing soybean meal with composite cotton-derived protein can effectively improve the growth performance of growing-finishing pigs without significantly affecting slaughter performance.It can also enhance the nutritional value of muscle amino acids and feed conversion efficiency.
