试验旨在探究饲粮中添加后生元对杂交肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标和肉品质的影响.选取36只90日龄、体重(33.0±2.68)kg的健康"杜泊羊×湖羊×萨福克羊"杂交肉羊,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复3只.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.05%(0.05%后生元组)和0.10%后生元(0.10%后生元组).预试期10 d,正式试验期50 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,0.05%后生元组和0.10%后生元组末重显著提高(P<0.05),平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)极显著提高(P<0.01),料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05).0.05%后生元组和0.10%后生元组胴体重、屠宰率、净肉重、净肉率、肉骨比显著提高(P<0.05),胴体脂肪含量(GR)值显著降低(P<0.05).0.05%后生元组和0.10%后生元组血清中总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)含量显著提高(P<0.05),葡萄糖(GLU)和总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05);0.10%后生元组血清中白蛋白(ALB)含量显著高于0.05%后生元组和对照组(P<0.05).0.05%后生元组和0.10%后生元组肌肉失水率和剪切力显著降低(P<0.05),熟肉率和不饱和脂肪酸(UFA)含量显著提高(P<0.05).0.10%后生元组血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加后生元能够有效改善杂交肉羊的生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和免疫功能,且添加0.10%时效果最佳.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with postbiotics on the growth performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical parameters,and meat quality of hybrid mutton sheep.A total of 36 healthy 90-day-old'Dorper×Hu×Suffolk'hybrid mutton sheep with an initial body weight of(33.0±2.68)kg were randomly divided into three groups,with four replicates per group and three sheep per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.05%(0.05%postbiotics group)and 0.10%postbiotics(0.10%postbiotics group),respectively.The pre-test period was 10 days,and the formal test period was 50 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight in both the 0.05%and 0.10%postbiotics groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),the average daily gain(ADG)and average daily feed intake(ADFI)were extremely increased(P<0.01),and the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The carcass weight,dressing percentage,net meat weight,net meat percentage,and meat-to-bone ratio in both the 0.05%and 0.10%postbiotics groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the carcass fat content(GR)value was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The concentrations of serum total protein(TP)and globulin(GLB)in both the 0.05%and 0.10%postbiotics groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the concentrations of glucose(GLU)and total cholesterol(TC)were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The content of serum albumin(ALB)in the 0.10%postbiotics group was significantly higher than that in the 0.05%postbiotics group and the control group(P<0.05).Muscle water loss rate and shear force in both the 0.05%and 0.10%postbiotics groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while cooking rate and unsaturated fatty acid(UFA)content were significantly increased(P<0.05).The concentrations of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the 0.10%postbiotics group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the concentrations of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study shows that dietary supplementation with postbiotics can effectively improve the growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,and immune function of hybrid mutton sheep,with the optimal effect observed at a supplementation level of 0.10%.
