地顶孢霉培养物对泌乳期母羊泌乳性能及其子代羔羊生长性能的影响OA
Effects of Acremonium terricola culture on lactation performance of lactating ewes and growth performance of their offspring lambs
试验旨在探究地顶孢霉培养物(ATC)对泌乳期母羊泌乳性能及其子代羔羊生长性能、血清生化、免疫及抗氧化指标的影响.选取18只胎次一致、体重(42.5±2.5)kg、健康状况良好的分娩当天湖羊母羊及其所产的36只羔羊,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复包括3只母羊及其6只羔羊.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组(ATC组)在基础饲粮中添加9 g/(只·d)ATC.试验期42 d.结果显示,ATC组与CON组母羊和羔羊的各项生长性能指标均无显著差异(P>0.05),但ATC组羔羊平均日增重高于CON组.两组乳中乳脂、乳蛋白、乳糖、总固形物和尿素氮含量无显著差异(P>0.05),ATC组乳中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05).ATC组羔羊血清中葡萄糖(GLU)和IgA含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05),两组羔羊其他血清指标无显著差异(P>0.05).相关性分析表明,ATC组中,母羊乳中IgA和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量,均与羔羊血清中IgA、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)及IgM含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);CON组中,母羊乳中IgA含量与羔羊血清中IgA含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加ATC不影响泌乳期母羊生长性能及泌乳量,但可以在一定程度上提高乳中免疫球蛋白含量,对哺乳期羔羊生长性能和免疫功能作用有限.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Acremonium terricola culture(ATC)on the lactation performance of lactating ewes,as well as the growth performance,serum biochemical,immune,and antioxidant indices of their offspring lambs.A total of 18 Hu sheep ewes with the same parity,body weight of(42.5±2.5)kg,good health status on the day of delivery,and their 36 lambs were randomly divided into two groups,with three replicates per group,each replicate had three ewes and their six lambs.The control group(group CON)was fed a basal diet,while the experimental group(group ATC)was fed the basal diet supplemented with 9 g/d ATC per ewe.The test period lasted for 42 days.The results showed that there were no significant differences in various growth performance indices of ewes and lambs between groups ATC and CON(P>0.05),but the average daily gain of lambs in group ATC was higher than that in group CON.No significant differences were observed in the concentrations of milk fat,milk protein,lactose,total solids,and urea nitrogen in the milk between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the content of immunoglobulin A(IgA)in the milk of group ATC was significantly higher than that of group CON(P<0.05).The serum concentrations of glucose(GLU)and IgA in lambs from group ATC were significantly higher than those in group CON(P<0.05).No significant differences were found in other serum indices of lambs between the two groups(P>0.05).Correlation analysis indicated that in group ATC,the milk concentrations of IgA and immunoglobulin M(IgM)of ewe were significantly positively correlated with the serum concentrations of IgA,immunoglobulin G(IgG),and IgM in lambs(P<0.05).In group CON,the milk IgA content of ewes was significantly positively correlated with the serum IgA content of lambs(P<0.05).The study shows that dietary ATC supplementation does not affect the growth performance and milk yield of lactating ewes,but it can increase the immunoglobulin content in milk to some extent,while having a limited effect on the growth performance and immune function of suckling lambs.
