为了研究涂覆硅脂条件下硅橡胶绝缘材料在不同热老化阶段的电气性能变化规律,将涂覆不同硅脂的硅橡胶试样进行不同时间和不同温度的热老化处理,测试不同老化条件下各试样的电导-温度特性、相对介电常数、介质损耗角正切以及击穿场强.结果表明:热老化会导致硅橡胶分子链发生断裂、氧化等降解反应,破坏原有的交联网状结构,影响硅橡胶绝缘的电气性能,导致其电导率上升,相对介电常数和介质损耗角正切增大,绝缘击穿强度降低.涂覆硅脂的硅橡胶试样在热老化过程中会出现溶胀效应,进而在硅橡胶中引入大量与其主链结构类似的短分子链,与硅橡胶分子主链发生化学反应,导致主链断裂,自由体积和自由电子浓度增大,加速硅橡胶绝缘劣化.涂覆硅脂的类型对硅橡胶试样电气性能的影响存在差异,其中甲基苯基硅脂不易与硅橡胶分子发生溶胀现象,因此涂覆甲基苯基硅脂的硅橡胶试样电气性能优于涂覆二甲基硅脂的硅橡胶试样.

To investigate the variation in electrical properties of silicone rubber insulating materials coated with silicone grease at different thermal aging stages,silicone rubber samples coated with different types of silicone grease were subjected to thermal aging treatments at various temperatures and for different durations.The temperature-dependent conductivity,relative permittivity,dielectric loss tangent,and breakdown field strength of each sample under different aging conditions were measured.The results indicate that thermal aging causes degradation reactions such as chain scission and oxidation in the silicone rubber molecular chains,destroying the original cross-linked network structure and affecting the electrical properties of the silicone rubber insulation.This leads to an increase in conductivity,a rise in relative permittivity and dielectric loss tangent,and a reduction in insulation breakdown strength.During thermal aging,silicone rubber samples coated with silicone grease exhibit a swelling effect,which introduces a large number of short molecular chains similar to the main chain structure into the silicone rubber.These short chains undergo chemical reactions with the main molecular chains of the silicone rubber,leading to main chain scission,an increase in free volume and free electron concentration,and accelerated degradation of the silicone rubber insulation.The type of silicone grease used has a varying impact on the electrical properties of the silicone rubber samples.Among them,methylphenyl silicone grease is less prone to swelling with the silicone rubber molecules,so the electrical properties of silicone rubber samples coated with methylphenyl silicone grease are superior to those of samples coated with dimethyl silicone grease.
