PDM对硫化杜仲胶抗热氧老化性能的影响OA
Effect of PDM on Thermal Oxidative Aging Resistance of Vulcanized Eucommia Ulmoides Gum
将N,N'-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(PDM)加入杜仲胶(EUG)中制备硫化杜仲胶,研究PDM对硫化杜仲胶抗热氧老化性能的影响.结果表明:PDM的引入能够缩短硫化时间,增加交联密度.适量的PDM能够提高硫化胶的热稳定性,显著提高硫化胶老化后的拉伸强度和断裂伸长保持率.老化12 h和24 h后,加入2 phr PDM的硫化胶拉伸强度保持率分别为89.85%和72.52%,断裂伸长保持率分别为91.64%和74.83%,耐热氧老化性最佳.扫描电子显微镜形貌观察也证实PDM的引入能够减轻硫化胶的老化程度,表明PDM能够提高硫化杜仲胶的抗热氧老化性能.
N,N'-m-phenylenebismaleimide(PDM)was incorporated into Eucommia ulmoides gum(EUG)to prepare vulcanized EUG,and the effect of PDM on the thermal oxidative aging resistance of vulcanized EUG was investigated.The results showed that the introduction of PDM shortened the curing time and increased the crosslink density.An appropriate amount of PDM improved the thermal stability of the vulcanizates and significantly enhanced the retention rates of tensile strength and elongation at break after aging.After aging for 12 h and 24 h,the vulcanizates containing 2 phr PDM exhibited tensile strength retention rates of 89.85%and 72.52%,respectively,and the elongation at break retention rates of 91.64%and 74.83%,respectively,demonstrating the optimal thermal oxidative aging resistance.Scanning electron microscopy morphology observation also confirmed that the introduction of PDM alleviated the aging degree of the vulcanizates,indicating that PDM could improve the thermal oxidative aging resistance of vulcanized EUG.
