亚热带阔叶林下种植三叶青、重楼和白及对土壤特性的影响OA
Effects of Understory Cultivation of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum,Paris polyphylla,and Bletilla striata on Soil Properties in Subtropical Broadleaf Forest
探讨林药复合经营对土壤特性的影响,是目前林药复合经营关注的热点.以林下种植三叶青(Tetrastigma hemsleyanum)、重楼(Paris polyphylla)和白及(Bletilla striata)林地为研究对象,并以未种植药材的林地作为对照,分析林药复合经营对土壤理化性质、微生物生物量及胞外酶活性等17项指标的影响.研究结果表明,与对照相比,林下种植白及使土壤pH升高(P<0.05),但是林下种植对土壤电导率、容重、孔隙度等均无显著影响.林下种植白及和三叶青组土壤的有机碳分别为26.48 g/kg和23.83 g/kg,均低于对照组31.73 g/kg(P<0.05);种植重楼和三叶青的土壤总氮分别为1.55 g/kg和1.41 g/kg,显著高于对照组的0.94 g/kg(P<0.05);林下种植对总磷、阳离子交换量、氨态氮、硝态氮等指标无显著影响.三叶青、白及和重楼降低了土壤微生物量碳质量分数(P<0.05),重楼提高了微生物磷质量分数和土壤磷酸酶活性(P<0.05).Z-Score分析结果表明,三叶青、重楼和白及降低了综合评分,其中,重楼的综合评分高于三叶青和白及,但统计差异不显著.研究结果为亚热带林下药材种植的生态影响和经济效应评价提供了基础数据支持.
Exploring the impact of forest-medicine compound management on soil properties is currently a hot topic of concern in forest-medicine compound management.This study took the close-nature cultivation forest lands of understory cultivation of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum,Paris polyphylla,and Bletilla striata for 3.5 years as the objects,and used for-est lands without planting medicine as a control,analyzed the effects of forest-medicine compound management on 17 pa-rameters of soil physicochemical properties,microbial biomass,and extracellular enzyme activities.The results showed that:compared with the control,understory cultivation of B.striata increased soil pH(P<0.05).However,no signifi-cant changes were observed in soil electrical conductivity,bulk density,or porosity of understory cultivation.Soil or-ganic carbon content in the B.striata and T.hemsleyanum groups were 26.48 g/kg and 23.83 g/kg,respectively,both significantly lower than the control 31.73 g/kg(P<0.05).Total nitrogen content in the P.polyphylla and T.hemsleya-num groups were 1.55 g/kg and 1.41 g/kg,respectively,significantly higher than the control 0.94 g/kg(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in total phosphorus,cation exchange capacity,ammonium,nitrate,or other indica-tors.T.hemsleyanum,B.striata,and P.polyphylla significantly reduced soil microbial biomass carbon(P<0.05).P.polyphylla increased microbial biomass phosphorus and soil phosphatase activity(P<0.05).Z-score analysis indi-cated that T.hemsleyanum,P.polyphylla,and B.striata lowered the comprehensive score,among them,the compre-hensive score of P.polyphylla was higher than T.hemsleyanum and B.striata,but the statistical differences were not significant.This study provides basis data support for the evaluation of the ecological impact and economic effects of un-derstory medicine cultivation in subtropical forests.
