为了研究海上风电叶轮吊装过程中受力特性,采用 ABAQUS 建立三维叶轮吊装数值模型,开展叶轮从水平起吊状态逐渐翻转至竖直状态全过程的数值模拟研究.结果表明:叶片壳体的峰值应力是内部腹板峰值应力的 2.75倍和 3.42 倍,吊装过程中更容易发生变形;水平起吊工况下轮毂主吊点处和叶片叶根处有明显应力集中现象,轮毂主吊点处应力是叶片峰值应力的 2.25 倍;叶轮从水平起吊工况逐渐翻转至竖直工况过程中,叶片的受力逐渐减小,但轮毂受力逐渐增大.研究成果可为海上风机叶轮吊装施工的安全控制提供技术支持.

To study the stress characteristics during the hoisting process of offshore wind turbine rotors,a three-dimensional rotor hoisting numerical model is established using ABAQUS,and a numerical simulation study is conducted for the entire process of gradually rotating the rotor from a horizontal lifting state to a vertical state.The results indicate that:(a)the peak stress of the blade shell is 2.75 to 3.42 times that of the internal web,making it more prone to deformation during hoisting;(b)under horizontal lifting conditions,significant stress concentration occurs at the main lifting point of the hub and the root of blade,with the stress at the hub's main lifting point being 2.25 times the peak stress of blade;and(c)as the rotor transitions from horizontal lifting to vertical lifting,the stress on the blades gradually decreases,while the stress on the hub gradually increases.These findings can provide technical supports for the safety control of offshore wind turbine rotor hoisting operations.
