物种分布模型在森林入侵物种潜在分布区预测中的应用与挑战OA

Application and challenges of species distribution models in predicting potential suitable habitat area for forest invasive alien species

以最大熵和集成生态位模型为代表的物种分布模型已广泛用于森林入侵物种潜在分布的预测.然而,受限于模型原理、数据采集与统计方法的理解仍处于不断探索与深化的阶段,目前物种分布模型仍不能发挥其在指导生产实践方面的最大潜力.鉴于此,笔者在综述物种分布模型原理、典型应用和主要方法的基础上,总结归纳最大熵和集成生态位模型在森林入侵物种潜在分布区预测应用中存在的主要问题,有针对性地提出加强入侵物种基础生物学和种群环境适应机制研究、改善数据收集方法并引入多元数据源、优化模型参数并改进正则化和特征组合策略以及灵活调整适生阈值等改进措施.

The species distribution models(SDMs),represented by the maximum entropy(MaxEnt)model and ensemble ecological niche models(Biomod2),have been widely used to predict the potential distribution of forest invasive species.However,constrained by inherent limitations in model assumptions,data collection,and the still-evolving understanding of statistical methods,SDMs have yet to realize their full potential in guiding practical applications.In light of this,the fundamental principles,typical applications,and main methodologies of SDMs were reviewed.Building on this foundation,the key issues encountered in applying MaxEnt and Biomod2 to predict the potential distribution of forest invasive species were summarized.Corresponding improvements and directions were proposed,including:strengthening research on the basic biology of invasive species and their population-level environmental adaptation mechanisms,improving data collection methods and incorporating diverse data sources,optimizing model parameters and refining regularization and feature combination strategies,and flexibly adjusting suitability thresholds.
