榕透翅毒蛾成虫触角结构与感器的扫描电镜观察OA

为明确榕透翅毒蛾Perina nuda触角感器的类型、形态特征和分布规律,采用扫描电子显微镜观察榕透翅毒蛾成虫的触角.结果表明:榕透翅毒蛾雌雄虫触角由柄节、梗节、鞭节3部分组成,雌雄虫触角长分别为(6.93±0.85)mm和(5.49±0.59)mm;共鉴定出10类12种感器,分别为毛形感器(3个亚型)、刺形感器、腔锥形感器、耳形感器、栓锥形感器、锥形感器、鳞形感器、Böhm氏鬃毛、乳状感器和表皮孔;鞭节感器数量和种类最为丰富;榕透翅毒蛾雌雄虫部分感器间存在显著差异,其中雄虫的毛形感器(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)、乳状感器的长度和基部直径均显著长于雌虫,而雌虫的Böhm氏鬃毛、锥形感器、栓锥形感器的长度,以及栓锥形感器、耳形感器的基部直径明显长于雄蛾.研究结果为深入探究榕透翅毒蛾触角感器的功能提供了形态学基础.

To clarify the types,morphological characteristics,and distribution patterns of the antennal sensilla of Perina nuda,the antennae of adult P.nuda were observed in detail with scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the antennae of both male and female adults consisted of three parts:the scape,pedicel,and flagellomeres.The antennae lengths of female and male adults were(6.93±0.85)mm and(5.49±0.59)mm,respectively.The flagellomeres exhibited the richest variety and number of sensilla.A total of ten types and 12 subtypes of sensilla were identified,including sensilla trichodea(three subtypes),sensilla chaetica,sensilla coeloconica,sensilla auricillica,sensilla styloconica,sensilla basiconica,sensilla squamiformia,Böhm bristles,sensilla mammilliformia,and smell pore.Significant sexual dimorphism was observed in some sensilla of P.nuda adults.The length and basal diameter of sensilla trichodea(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ)and sensilla mammilliformia in males were significantly greater than those in females.In contrast,the length of Böhm bristles,sensilla basiconica,and sensilla styloconica,as well as the basal diameter of sensilla styloconica and sensilla auricillica,were significantly greater in female adults than those in male adults.Results provide a morphological foundation for further investigation into the functions of the antennal sensilla in P.nuda.
