刺槐的新害虫上海勾天牛和短翅勾天牛OA
New pest insects against Robinia pseudoacacia:Exocentrus zikaweiensis and Exocentrus savioi
为更好地监测防控刺槐Robinia pseudoacacia林蛀干害虫避免树木死亡,开展害虫种类调查.在青岛枯死刺槐或其枯死枝条上发现2种小型天牛.通过形态学观察,结合线粒体细胞色素c氧化酶亚基I(cytochrome c oxidase subunit I,COⅠ)基因序列系统发育分析对其进行种类鉴定.这两种天牛前胸背板两侧具后向三角形短刺,符合勾天牛属的特征;其中一种鞘翅棕褐色无斑纹,另一种鞘翅黑色末端1/3处具一箭头形斑块.基于形态学和COⅠ基因序列系统发育树(最大似然法)明确这两种天牛分别为上海勾天牛Exocentrus zikaweiensis和短翅勾天牛Exocentrus savioi,是危害刺槐的新害虫,为山东省新记录种.该结果可为刺槐林的害虫防治提供参考.
To better monitor and control the trunk borers in Robinia pseudoacacia forests to avoid tree death,the species of pest insects were investigated.Two species of small longhorn beetles were collected from dead R.pseudoacacia or its withered branches in Qingdao region.The species were identified by morphological observation and phylogenetic analysis of mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I(COⅠ)gene sequence.The two species had backward-directed triangular short spines on both sides of the pronotum,which accorded with the characteristics of Exocentrus;one with uniform brown elytra lacking patterns,the other with black elytra bearing an arrow-shaped patch on one third of the end.The two longhorn beetles were identified respectively as Exocentrus zikaweiensis and E.savioi based on morphology and COⅠ gene sequences phylogenetic tree(maximum likelihood method).Two species were new pest insects against R.pseudoacacia and new records for Shandong province.These results can serve as a guideline for developing pest control strategies in black locust forests.
