长林小蠹蛹的发育起点温度和有效积温OA

为研究温度对长林小蠹Hylurgus ligniperda蛹发育的影响,探究其发育起点温度与有效积温,在15.0,17.5,20.0,22.5,25.0℃恒温条件下分别观察蛹的发育历期;基于有效积温法则,采用最小二乘法计算蛹的发育起点温度和有效积温;采用Logistic曲线模型拟合发育速率与温度的关系,计算蛹发育的最适温度及适宜温区.结果表明:在15~25℃范围内,长林小蠹蛹的发育历期随温度升高而缩短,蛹的发育起点温度为(10.629±0.897)℃,有效积温为(98.468±8.801)日度;蛹发育最适温度为23.71℃,适宜温区为12.83~34.58℃.该结果可为长林小蠹成虫发生期预测提供科学依据.

To investigate the effects of temperature on the development of Hylurgus ligniperda pupae,the developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulative temperature were investigated.The development duration of the pupae was observed at 15.0,17.5,20.0,22.5,25.0℃,respectively.The developmental threshold temperature and the effective accumulated temperature of pupae were calculated by least-squares method,based on law of effective temperature.The Logistic curve model was utilized to fit the relationship between developmental rate and temperature,the optimum temperature and suitable temperature range for pupal development were calculated.The results indicated that the developmental duration of pupae of H.ligniperda was shortened with the increase of temperature in the range of 15-25℃.The developmental threshold temperature of pupae was(10.629±0.897)℃,and the effective accumulated temperature was(98.468±8.801)℃·d.The optimum temperature for pupal development was 23.71℃,with a suitable temperature range from 12.83℃to 34.58℃.The results can provide a scientific basis for predicting the occurrence period of H.ligniperda adult.
