缺血性脑卒中领域中铁死亡研究的可视化分析OA

Objective To analyze the research hotspots and frontiers of ferroptosis in the field of ischemic stroke.Methods Relevant literature on ferroptosis in ischemic stroke from January 1,2017 to October 31,2024 was collected from the CNKI,the VIP,the Wanfang Data,and the Web of Science Core Collection.NoteExpress was used for deduplication and screening,and GraphPad Prism 8 was employed to plot the publication trend.VOSviewer 1.6.20 software was used for the visualization analysis of author collaboration networks and keywords co-occurrence networks,and CiteSpace.6.4.R1 software was employed to conduct visual analysis of author collaboration networks,institutional collaboration networks,as well as keywords clustering,burst detection,and timeline visualization.Results There were 435 literatures collected(157 in Chinese and 278 in English).The analysis revealed a significant increase in the number of publications in both Chinese and English from 2022 to 2024.In Chinese literature,the top 3 core authors by publication volume were Xu Junfeng,Ge Jinwen,and Qin Wenxiu.In English literature,the top 6 core authors were Liu Chang,Tang Biao,Gu Lijuan,Xiong Xiaoxing,Zhao Jing,Zhu Hua.The institution with the highest number of publications in both Chinese and English literature was Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.Keywords analysis indicated that research in this field primarily focuses on mechanistic studies and the pharmacological effects of drugs.Notably,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)was increasingly being studied in this field,demonstrating significant research potential.Currently,Ferroptosis played a pivotal pathological role in ischemic stroke and represented a major research focus in this field,with particular attention given to lipid metabolism,glutathione metabolism,and iron metabolism.Conclusion TCM research in this field shows broad prospects,theses researches provids new ideas and methods for experimental studies on ischemic stroke.In the future,further exploration of TCM is expected to yield more innovative achievements in this area.
