藏药佐太炮制工艺是13世纪邬坚巴・仁钦贝(ཨོཨོ་རྒྱན་པོ་རིབྲིན་ཆེརྗེན་དོཔོལ།)在印度、乌仗那等地研习水银炮制技术后所创立,其核心工序包括擦锈、除锈液、去毒及成形.目前,对于佐太炮制工艺的传承脉络及其辅料使用历史的研究不够深入.此外,佐太炮制工艺复杂、辅料种类使用较多,其炮制原理较难理解.鉴于此,本文系统梳理了佐太炮制工艺及炮制辅料历史沿革,整理了各时期炮制辅料的变化,解析了炮制辅料在藏医药中的用药原则,同时结合藏药炮制学理论,初步探讨了佐太炮制原理.佐太炮制工艺历经了13-15世纪的绝对单向式、15-17世纪的相对单向式,至17世纪末转向分支式传承,并延续至今.与此同时,水银炮制辅料由少变多、由简单到丰富,炮制过程也从单一走向系统.其中,15世纪丰富了盐碱类药物种类,17世纪在除锈液工序中补充了酸酒、大蒜水、肉汤、酥油等辅料,并恢复了八金灰的使用,18-19世纪细化了洗煮过程,20世纪以来,在传承古籍文献辅料使用的基础上,炮制辅料更为丰富、炮制工艺日趋完善.佐太炮制辅料多以升胃温、促消化为主,兼具解毒功效,可用于治疗因水银毒性所致的胃火减弱、消化不良等疾病.佐太炮制原理是通过擦锈和除锈液过程去除水银"锈"毒的"糙"性,利用洗煮去毒过程降低水银"重"与"锐"二性,再经与制硫黄成形的方式改变水银的性质,从而使水银变成无毒有效的佐太药物.本研究厘清了佐太炮制工艺及炮制辅料的历史沿革,初步探讨了辅料的用药原则及炮制原理,为佐太炮制工艺的传承与研究提供了理论依据.

The processing technology of Tibetan medicine Zuotai was established by OrgyenPa Rinchenpal in the 13 th century after studying mercury processing technology in India,Wuzhangna and other places.Its core processes include rust removal,rust removal solution,detoxification and shaping.At present,the research on the inheritance of Zuotai's processing techniques and the history of the use of auxiliary materials is not in-depth enough.In addition,the processing technology of Zuotai is complex,and uses a large variety of auxiliary materials,making its processing principle difficult to understand.In view of this,this article has systematically sorted out the historical evolution of Zuotai processing technology and processing materials,organized the changes in processing materials across different periods,analyzed the principles behind the use of processing materials in Tibetan medicine,and,by combining with the theory of Tibetan medicine processing,preliminarily explored the processing principles of Zuotai.The historical evolution of Zuotai's processing techniques has gone through three stages of inheritance:Absolute one-way inheritance from the 13 th to the 15 th century,relative one-way inheritance from the 15 th to the 17 th century,and branching inheritance from the end of the 17 th century.During this evolution:In the 15 th century,the types of saline and alkaline drugs were enriched;In the 17 th century,the rust-removing solution step was supplemented with adjuvants such as sour wine,garlic water,meat broth,and ghee,while the use of"Eight Metals Ash"(Ba Jin Hui)was restored;In the 18 th and 19 th centuries,the washing and boiling process was refined;and since the 20 th century,based on the inheritance of the use of excipients from ancient texts,the processing excipients have become more abundant,and the processing techniques have been further refined.Zuotai's processing ingredients are mainly used to raise gastric temperature and promote digestion,while also possessing detoxifying effects.They can be used to treat conditions such as diminished gastric fire and indigestion caused by mercury toxicity.The principle of Zuotai processing involves removing the"rough"nature of mercury's"rust-like"toxicity through the rubbing-rust and rust-removing solution steps;reducing the"heavy"and"sharp"properties of mercury via the washing and boiling detoxification steps and then transforming the nature of mercury through combination with processed sulfur to form a stable product.In this way,mercury is converted into non-toxic and effective Zuotai medicine.This article clarifies the historical evolution of the processing technology and auxiliary materials of Zuotai,and preliminarily explores the principles of medication and processing principle of auxiliary materials,providing theoretical basis for the inheritance and research of Zuotai processing technology.
