Application Strategies and Optimization Choices of Assessment Methods for Cancer-Related Insomnia
肿瘤相关性失眠(Cancer-related insomnia,CRI)严重影响患者生活质量及预后,但其评估方法多样且优劣不一.本文通过系统梳理国内外相关文献,对常用评估工具进行述评,旨在总结CRI的主客观评估方法,分析其应用场景、优势与局限性,并探讨其联用策略,为临床及科研实践提供方法学参考,以期指导研究者更加科学、合理的运用.未来研究应关注评估工具的文化调适、开发癌种特异性量表,以构建更完善的CRI评估体系.
Cancer-related insomnia(CRI)severely impacts patient's quality of life and prognosis,yet the assessment methods are diverse with varying advantages and disadvantages.This article systematically reviews relevant domestic and international literature to provide a commentary on commonly used assessment tools.It aims to summarize the subjective and objective assessment methods for CRI,analyze their application scenarios,strengths,and limitations,and discuss strategies for their combined use.The goal is to offer methodological references for clinical and scientific research practices,guiding researchers towards more scientific and rational application.Future studies should focus on the cultural adaptation of assessment tools and the development of cancer-specific scales to construct a more comprehensive CRI assessment system.
