基于"神转不回"理论探讨慢性应激导致卵巢癌发生及转移的机制OA

Chronic stress is a significant factor contributing to the recurrence and metastasis of ovarian cancer.However,current clinical diagnosis and treatment lack targeted theoretical guidance based on the pathogenesis.This paper introduces the theory from"The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic"that"When the spirit moves,it does not return;When it returns,it cannot move".It systematically explains the core connotation of this theory in the perspective of tumor diseases.The"spirit not returning"means that the life energy should maintain a dynamic circulation like a ring.However,chronic stress leads to stagnation of qi,accumulation of phlegm,blood stasis,and toxins,and depletion of vital energy,resulting in the"returning spirit"state.This is the key pathogenesis leading to the recurrence and metastasis of tumors.Combined with modern medical research,this study deeply analyzes how chronic stress disrupts the homeostasis of"spirit,qi,blood,body fluids,and organs",activates the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and the sympathetic nervous system to release neuroendocrine factors such as cortisol and catecholamines,regulates the tumor immune microenvironment,induces tumor drug resistance,promotes tumor neural control and immune evasion,and ultimately drives the complete biological chain of ovarian cancer metastasis.This research aims to solve the clinical problem of co-occurrence of mental and psychological disorders in tumors,explore the integrated development path of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for"regulating spirit to treat cancer",and thereby provides original Chinese theoretical sources for improving the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer occurrence and metastasis.
