共病视域下朱丹溪气血观对糖尿病合并高血压"阴伤湿聚"施治求索OA

Based on Zhu Danxi's qi-blood theory,and focusing on the pathogenesis of"yin deficiency with dampness accumulation"in diabetes mellitus complicated by hypertension,this paper analyzes its dynamic progression.The academic viewpoint is proposed that"yin is generated in the spleen,stored in the kidneys,and used by the liver;dampness originates in the spleen,transforms in the kidneys,and is dispersed by the liver."Emphasizing the simultaneous treatment of the liver,spleen,and kidneys,a self-formulated Xiaoke basic prescription for diabetes is used to regulate the liver and benefit the kidneys,harmonize the middle to regulate qi,nourish yin and expel dampness.Satisfactory clinical efficacy has been achieved,providing a new perspective for syndrome differentiation and treatment of metabolic comorbidities in traditional Chinese medicine.A clinical case is presented for reference.
