With the expanding application of high-precision copper strips in high-end fields such as 5G communications,power batteries and consumer electronic devices,market requirements for their surface quality have become increasingly stringent.Lubrication treatment during the rolling process can significantly improve the surface quality of copper strips,thus making the selection and maintenance of rolling lubricating oil a critical focus in the industry.This paper briefly introduces the rolling process flow and core technical points of high-precision copper strips,with an emphasis on the lubrication technology applied during the rolling process of high-precision copper strips.Specifically,it elaborates on the functions and mechanisms of rolling lubricating oil,and conducts an in-depth analysis of its mechanisms in reducing rolling force,controlling rolling temperature and decreasing interface friction.The key properties,common types,as well as maintenance and management strategies of rolling lubricating oil are systematically summarized.Finally,future development trends of rolling lubricating oil toward eco-friendliness,formula customization and intelligent management are proposed.
