在"新医科"建设与数字化技术深度融合的背景下,针法灸法课程的教学创新是医学教育改革的探索性实践.基于对"新医科"内涵的解读,深入分析针法灸法课程在操作规范性、经络感知能力和临床思维培养等方面的特殊需求,明确教学改革的重点方向.信息技术的融入为传统针灸教学带来了显著变革:通过虚拟仿真、增强现实等智能教学系统,构建了可重复训练的沉浸式学习环境,有效突破了传统教学在实训资源、时空限制与个性化指导方面的瓶颈.这种技术赋能不仅丰富了教学资源,支持了自主学习和协作探究等多样化的学习方式,还为实现因材施教的个性化教学提供了可能.同时,基于操作数据分析与模拟病例考核的新型评价机制,推动了教学评价向过程性、多维度方向发展.当然,改革过程中仍需面对教师数字素养提升、技术投入成本优化等现实挑战.展望未来,以针法灸法为代表的医学教育将继续深化与信息技术的融合,构建更加智能、高效的新型教学生态,为"新医科"人才培养提供重要支撑和实践范例.
In the context of deep integration between the"New Medical Education"initiative and digital technology,teaching innovation in acupuncture and moxibustion courses represents an exploratory practice in medical education reform.Based on an interpretation of the connotations of"New Medical Education",this study thoroughly analyzes the specific re-quirements of acupuncture and moxibustion courses in operational standardization,meridian/channel perception skills,and clinical thinking cultivation,thereby clarifying key directions for teaching reform.The incorporation of information technol-ogy has brought significant transformations to traditional acupuncture and moxibustion instruction:through intelligent teach-ing systems such as virtual simulation and augmented reality,an immersive learning environment conducive to repetitive training has been established,effectively overcoming limitations in traditional teaching related to practical resources,spatio-temporal constraints,and personalized guidance.This technology-enabled approach not only enriches teaching resources and supports diverse learning methods like self-directed learning and collaborative inquiry but also makes individualized teach-ing tailored to students'aptitudes feasible.Furthermore,a novel evaluation mechanism based on operational data analysis and simulated case assessments promotes the shift toward process-oriented and multidimensional teaching evaluation.None-theless,the reform process still confronts practical challenges,including enhancing teachers'digital literacy and optimizing technology investment costs.Looking ahead,medical education exemplified by acupuncture and moxibustion will continue to deepen its integration with information technology,fostering a smarter and more efficient teaching ecosystem that provides crucial support and practical models for the cultivation of"new medical"talents.
