目的:观察骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者经皮球囊椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗后服用骨疏康胶囊对骨密度(BMD)、骨代谢及生活质量的作用.方法:纳入2023年1月—2025年3月于安徽中医药大学第二附属医院接受PKP手术治疗的OVCF患者共80例.受试者采用随机数字表法随机分配至治疗组与对照组,每组40例.对照组患者术后第1周开始口服碳酸钙D3片(1片/次,2次/d)联合骨化三醇胶丸(1粒/次,2次/d)的基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,额外给予口服骨疏康胶囊(4粒/次,2次/d).两组患者均治疗6个月,于治疗前及治疗6个月后评估两组患者腰椎与股骨颈骨密度(BMD)、血清骨钙素(OC)及I型胶原C端肽(S-CTX)水平,于治疗前、治疗3个月后及治疗6个月后,采用简明健康调查量表(SF-36)评估生活质量,采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)量化疼痛强度,采用Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)量表评定腰椎功能状态.结果:治疗前,两组患者腰椎及股骨颈BMD、血清OC、S-CTX水平及SF-36、VAS、ODI量表评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性.经过6个月的干预,两组患者腰椎与股骨颈BMD、SF-36量表评分均较基线明显升高,VAS及ODI量表评分明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者OC水平较基线明显升高,S-CTX水平明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者OC、S-CTX水平治疗前后比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).组间比较结果表明,治疗3个月后,治疗组患者SF-36、VAS及ODI量表评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,治疗组患者腰椎及股骨颈BMD、血清OC、S-CTX水平及SF-36、VAS、ODI量表评分均明显优于对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:OVCF患者施行PKP后,在规范抗骨质疏松治疗基础上联合骨疏康胶囊辅助治疗,可显著提升BMD水平,改善骨代谢稳态,有效缓解疼痛症状,并促进运动功能恢复,从而显著改善生活质量.

Objective:To observe the effects of Gushukang Capsules(Osteoporosis Relieving Capsules)on bone min-eral density(BMD),bone metabolism,and quality of life in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)after percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP).Methods:This study enrolled 80 OVCF patients who underwent PKP sur-gery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to March 2025.The par-ticipants were randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group using a random number table,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received basic treatment starting from the first postoperative week,consisting of oral calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 tablets(1 tablet/time,twice daily)combined with calcitriol soft capsules(1 capsule/time,twice daily).Patients in the treatment group received additional oral Gushukang Capsules(4 capsules/time,twice daily)on top of the control group's treatment.Both groups were treated for 6 months.BMD of the lumbar spine and femoral neck,serum levels of osteocalcin(OC)and C-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen(S-CTX)were evaluated before and after 6 months of treatment.Quality of life was assessed using the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36),pain intensity was quantified using the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),and lumbar function status was evaluated using the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)before treatment,after 3 months,and after 6 months of treatment.Results:Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in BMD of the lumbar spine and femoral neck,serum levels of OC and S-CTX,or scores on the SF-36,VAS,and ODI scales(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After 6 months of intervention,BMD of the lumbar spine and femoral neck and SF-36 scores significantly increased from baseline,while VAS and ODI scores significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05).In the treatment group,OC levels significantly increased and S-CTX levels significantly decreased from baseline(P<0.05).In the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in OC and S-CTX levels before and after treatment(P>0.05).Inter-group comparison results showed that after 3 months of treat-ment,the treatment group's SF-36,VAS,and ODI scores were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the treatment group's BMD of the lumbar spine and femoral neck,serum levels of OC and S-CTX,and scores on the SF-36,VAS,and ODI scales were all significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In OVCF patients after PKP,adjuvant therapy with Gushukang Capsules combined with standard anti-osteoporosis treatment can significantly increase BMD levels,improve bone metabolic homeostasis,effectively alleviate pain symptoms,and promote motor function recovery,thereby significantly improving quality of life.
