生态环境综合治理工程对静宁水文站监测影响分析OA

为分析静宁县葫芦河渝河连接带生态环境综合治理工程对静宁水文站水文监测影响程度,通过收集工程建设方案和水文资料,经水文分析得出,工程实施后在50 年一遇洪水时,静宁水文站测验河道设计洪水位升高 0.16 m,测流槽局部冲刷深度为 1.51 m~1.90 m.采用定性法分析工程对静宁水文站监测影响程度表明:工程实施对测验河段及测站控制影响程度为"轻微",对水文监测设施的影响程度为"中等",对水文监测要素的影响程度为"轻微",对水文数据资料的影响程度为"轻微".据此提出优化工程建设方案、工程补救措施、技术保障措施三方面的水文监测补救措施,最大限度降低工程对静宁水文站监测环境的影响.

To evaluate the impact of an ecological restoration project on hydrological monitoring at Jingning station,engineering plans and hydrological data were analyzed.Results indicate that under a 50-year return period flood condition,the design flood level increases by 0.16 m,and local scour depth ranges from 1.51 m to 1.90 m.Qualitative assessment shows minor impacts on river reach and hydrological elements,moderate impacts on monitoring facilities,and minor impacts on data quality.Mitigation measures including engineering optimization,remedial actions,and technical safeguards are proposed to minimize impacts.
