为研究轻度砷(As)污染耕地中作物重金属的富集特征,以山东轻度砷污染耕地土壤及主栽作物(小麦、水稻、莲藕、大蒜、大豆)为研究对象,对耕层土壤中Cd、Hg、As、Pb、Cr、Cu、Zn、Ni含量及作物可食用部位中的Cd、Hg、As、Pb、Cr含量进行测定,并运用地累积指数、生物富集系数、相关性分析等方法对土壤重金属污染状况及作物重金属含量和富集特征进行分析.结果显示,土壤中As含量超标率为12.5%,而Cd、Hg、Pb、Cr、Cu、Zn、Ni含量均未超标;其中,Cd、Hg、As、Pb、Cu、Zn、Ni平均含量分别是土壤背景值的 1.08、1.39、1.46、1.31、1.11、1.18、1.38 倍;地累积指数评价结果显示,Pb、Cr、Cu、Zn在大部分采样点表现为无污染,Cd、Hg、Ni在大部分采样点表现为轻度—中等污染,As在大部分采样点表现为中等污染.作物可食用部位中的Cd、Hg、As、Pb、Cr含量均未超标,符合食品安全要求.相关性分析发现,Cd、Pb含量在5种作物中均呈极显著正相关,As、Cr含量在大蒜、大豆、小麦、水稻中均呈极显著正相关.富集特征分析发现,莲藕、水稻、大豆对Hg的富集能力均较低,莲藕对Cd、Pb、Cr的富集能力远低于其他作物.作物可食用部位重金属含量与土壤中重金属含量相关性分析发现,小麦中Hg、As、Pb、Cr含量,大蒜中As、Pb含量,大豆中As含量均与土壤中相应重金属含量呈显著或极显著相关.综上,耕地土壤重金属污染水平较低,可实现农产品的安全生产.

To investigate the enrichment characteristics of heavy metals in crops grown in mildly arsenic(As)-contaminated cultivated soils,this study,the contents of Cd,Hg,As,Pb,Cr,Cu,Zn,and Ni in the topsoil,as well as the contents of Cd,Hg,As,Pb,and Cr in the edible parts of major crops(wheat,rice,lotus root,garlic,and soybean)in Shandong province were measured.The geo-accumulation index,bioconcentration factor,and correlation analysis were employed to assess soil heavy metal contamination and the contents and enrichment characteristics of the heavy metal in crops.The results showed that the exceedance rate of As content in the soil was 12.5%,while the contents of Cd,Hg,Pb,Cr,Cu,Zn,and Ni were all below the corresponding risk thresholds.The average contents of Cd,Hg,As,Pb,Cu,Zn,and Ni were 1.08,1.39,1.46,1.31,1.11,1.18,and 1.38 times of their respective soil background values,respectively.The geo-accumulation index evaluation indicated that Pb,Cr,Cu,and Zn exhibited no contamination at most sampling sites,Cd,Hg,and Ni exhibited mild to moderate contamination at most sampling sites,and As exhibited moderate contamination at most sampling sites.The contents of Cd,Hg,As,Pb,and Cr in the edible parts of all crops were below the permissible limits of food safety standards.Correlation analysis revealed that Cd and Pb contents showed an extremely significantly positive correlation in garlic,lotus root,and soybean,while As and Cr contents showed an extremely significantly positive correlation in garlic,soybean,wheat,and rice.Enrichment characteristic analysis demonstrated that lotus root,rice,and soybean had low enrichment capacities for Hg,and the enrichment capacity of lotus root for Cd,Pb,and Cr was much lower than that of the other crops.Correlation analysis between the heavy metal contents in the edible parts of crops and those in the soil revealed that the contents of Hg,As,Pb,and Cr in wheat,the contents of As and Pb in garlic,and the content of As in soybean were significantly or extremely significantly correlated with their corresponding heavy metal contents in the soil.In conclusion,the heavy metal contamination level in the cultivated soil was low,enabling the safe production of agricultural products.
