有机物料种植板(OSP)栽培是一种为实现设施蔬菜栽培自动化作业而设计的新型栽培模式.为探究该模式对果菜类蔬菜生长、产量与品质的影响,以辣椒品种中椒牛角一号为试材,于2023-2024年在日光温室内比较分析了有机物料种植板(废弃育苗基质:腐熟羊粪:腐熟玉米秸秆=3:2:1,OSP)栽培与常规有机物料撒施深翻起垄土壤栽培(CK)对辣椒生长、生理特性、产量及品质的影响.结果表明,在2 a的试验中,OSP处理下的辣椒生长势优于 CK,其 中,2023年的株高和茎粗增加幅度分别为 4.13%~15.37%、3.00%~23.94%;2 a的茎、叶干质量增加幅度分别为4.03%~28.40%、4.14%~14.11%.生理指标方面,OSP处理显著提高了辣椒的根系活力、叶绿素 a含量、叶绿素 b含量、净光合速率、气孔导度,2 a的增幅分别为 7.21%~9.50%、10.50%~32.22%、9.50%~24.04%、16.71%~22.66%、23.03%~49.40%.在产量与品质方面,与 CK相比,OSP处理显著提高了辣椒的单株结果数、单果质量,进而使每公顷产量显著增加,2023、2024年分别增产28.38%、12.69%.同时,OSP处理的辣椒果实在外观品质(如果长、果实硬度)和内在营养品质(如可溶性糖、维生素C、可溶性蛋白含量)上均优于CK,并且果实中硝酸盐含量显著降低.综上,有机物料种植板栽培模式可有效改善日光温室辣椒的生理与生长特性,提升产量和果实品质,满足设施蔬菜栽培优质高产的目标要求.

Organic substrate planting board(OSP)cultivation is a novel cultivation model designed to achieve automated operations in facility vegetable cultivation.To investigate the effects of this model on the growth,yield,and quality of fruit vegetables,in this study,a pepper cultivar Zhongjiaoniujiao 1 was used as the test material.From 2023 to 2024,in a solar greenhouse,the influence of OSP cultivation(using a mixture of waste seedling substrate,decomposed sheep manure,and decomposed corn straw at a volume ratio of 3:2:1,OSP)and conventional cultivation,where organic materials were broadcast-applied followed by deep ploughing and ridge formation(CK)on growth,physiological characteristics,yield,and quality of pepper was compared and analyzed.The results showed that over the two experimental years,the growth vigor of peppers under the OSP treatment was superior to that of CK.Specifically,in 2023,plant height and stem diameter increased by 4.13%-15.37%,3.00%-23.94%,respectively;over the two years,the dry weights of stems and leaves increased by 4.03%-28.40%and 4.14%-14.11%,respectively.Regarding physiological indicators,the OSP treatment significantly enhanced root activity,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b contents,net photosynthetic rate,and stomatal conductance,with increases over the two years ranging from 7.21%-9.50%,10.50%-32.22%,9.50%-24.04%,16.71%-22.66%,and 23.03%-49.4%,respectively.In terms of yield and quality,compared with CK,the OSP treatment significantly increased the number of fruits per plant and single fruit weight,leading to a significant increase in yield per hectare,with yield increases of 28.38%in 2023 and 12.69%in 2024.Furthermore,peppers grown under the OSP treatment exhibited superior appearance quality(e.g.,fruit length,fruit firmness)and internal nutritional quality(e.g.,soluble sugar,vitamin C,and soluble protein content)to those of CK.In conclusion,the OSP cultivation could effectively improve the physiological and growth characteristics of peppers in solar greenhouses,enhance yield and fruit quality,and meet the objectives of high quality and high yield in facility vegetable cultivation.
