The Effect of Plastic Film Mulching and Organic Matter on the Growth,Yield,and Soil Salt Ion of Rapeseed in Coastal Saline-Alkali Land

为提高油菜在滨海盐碱地中的产量,在山东省东营开展盐碱地覆膜、生物炭配施有机肥等栽培试验.结果表明,盐碱地覆膜显著提高了秋播油菜的出苗率和越冬率,在轻度(可溶性盐小于4 g/kg)、中度(可溶性盐在 4~8 g/kg)和重度(可溶性盐大于 8 g/kg)盐碱条件下,覆膜比不覆膜(对照)出苗率分别提高 283.62%、300.33%和2 187.53%,越冬率分别提高430.06%、90.40%和0;在平均可溶性盐含量为3.87 g/kg的盐碱土中,油菜平均产量可达到2 769.60 kg/hm2.覆膜可显著抑制土壤的返盐现象,与同期未覆膜栽培相比,土壤电导率下降189.42%~742.07%;覆膜可降低油菜对Na+的摄取,提高油菜体内的K+/Na+值52.02%.在覆膜的基础上,增施生物炭和有机肥,可以提高春播油菜的出苗率,与覆膜不施肥(对照)相比最高可提高91.52%;在土壤含盐量4~6.5 g/kg下,春播的产量可达到2 697.75 kg/hm2,比覆膜不施肥提高107.43%.由此可知,覆膜及覆膜的基础上配施生物炭和有机肥等栽培措施可有效地提升油菜对盐碱的耐受能力及产量.

To increase the rapeseed yield in coastal saline-alkali land,in this study,cultivation tests of plastic film mulching on saline-alkali land and applying biochar combined with organic fertilizers in Dongying,Shandong province were conducted.The results showed plastic film mulching significantly improved the emergence rate and overwintering rate of autumn sowing rapeseed.Under the mild(the soluble total salts were less than 4 g/kg),moderate(the soluble total salts were 4-8 g/kg),and severe(the soluble total salts were over 8 g/kg)saline-alkali conditions,the emergence rate in the mulching treatments increased by 283.62%,300.33%,and 2 187.53%,respectively,compared with that in the treatment of no mulching(the control),and the overwintering rate in the mulching treatments increased by 430.06%,90.4%and 0,respectively.In saline-alkali soil with average soluble salt content at 3.87 g/kg,the average yield of autumn sowing rapeseed was 2 769.60 kg/ha.Plastic film mulching significantly inhibited the re-salinization phenomenon of soil,and compared with open-field cultivation during the same period,and the soil electrical conductivity decreased by 189.42%-742.07%.Moreover,mulching reduced the uptake of Na+by rapeseed,thereby increasing the K+/Na+ratio in rapeseed by 52.02%.On the basis of mulching,applying biochar and organic fertilizer could significantly increase the emergence rate of spring sowing rapeseed.Compared with the treatment of mulching without fertilization(the control),it could be increased by up to 91.52%.Under soil with a salt content of 4-6.5 g/kg,the yield of spring sowing rapeseed could reach up to 2 697.75 kg/ha,which was 107.43%higher than that of the control.In conclusion,the cultivation measures such as plastic film mulching combined with application of biochar and organic fertilizer could effectively improve the tolerance to saline and alkali,and yield of rapeseed.
