近距离厚煤层重复采动巷道变形机制及控制技术OA
Deformation Mechanism and Control Technology of Repeated Mining Roadway in Close Distance Thick Coal Seam
厚煤层近距离煤层开采过程中,巷道受多重采动影响,支护维护困难.针对此类问题,以南阳坡煤矿 4煤西翼采区措施巷为研究背景,采用数值模拟和现场实测的方法,研究了巷道围岩应力环境演化特征及其作用下的巷道围岩变形破坏规律,并提出了以"浅低压-深高压注浆(增强围岩整体性)+架棚补强(被动承载)+强力锚杆索(主动约束)"的协同控制技术,解决了二次采动下围岩破坏叠加扩展的难题.研究结果表明:一次回采扰动下,重复采动变形巷道呈现非对称变形破坏特征,并经历了 3个变形阶段,可划分为超前支承压力影响阶段、采后顶板活动影响阶段及采后稳定阶段;二次采动巷道在一次采动破坏基础上叠加扩展,表现为保护煤柱应力峰值进一步增高至 27.3 MPa,巷道非对称破坏变形更为显著;采用深浅注浆的方式增强围岩强度、锚杆索提高支护体支撑力并通过架棚补强支护,实现了协同控制,使顶板及采空侧帮变形分别降低了61.8%和63.5%,满足了巷道的使用要求.
During the mining process of thick and close distance coal seams,the roadway is affected by multiple mining activities,making support and maintenance difficult.In view of such type of problems,taking the measure roadway of the west wing mining area of the 4th coal in Nanyangpo Coal Mine as the research background,methods of numerical simulation and on-site actual measurement are adopted to study the evolution characteristics of the stress environment of the roadway surrounding rock and the deformation and failure laws of the roadway surrounding rock under their actions.A collaborative control technology of"shallow low pressure-deep high pressure grouting(enhancing the integrity of the surrounding rock)+frame shed reinforcement(passive bearing)+strong anchor rod cable(active constraint)"is proposed to solve the difficult problem of superposition and expansion of the surrounding rock failures under the secondary mining.The research results show that under the disturbance of the primary stoping,the repeated mining deformation roadway exhibits asymmetric deformation and failure characteristics,and goes through three deformation stages,which can be divided into the stage of advanced support pressure influence,the stage of roof activities influence after mining,and the stable stage after mining;The secondary mining roadway is superposed and expanded on the basis of the primary mining failure,manifested as a further increase in the stress peak value of the protective coal pillar to 27.3 MPa,and the asymmetric failure and deformation of the roadway is more significant;The method of deep and shallow grouting is adopted to enhance the strength of the surrounding rock,anchor rod cables are adopted to improve the support force of the support body,and the support is reinforced through the frame shed,realizing collaborative control,reducing the deformation of the roof and goaf sides by 61.8%and 63.5%respectively,meeting the use requirements of the roadway.
