针对王家岭矿综放面大断面回采巷道在邻近工作面采动影响下失稳破坏严重的问题,综合采用实地调研、理论分析、工业性试验及矿压监测等方法,系统开展强采动条件下煤巷变形破坏特征、顶板离层错动形成机制、高预紧力桁架锚索控制机制及巷道分段支护技术体系研究,并在 20102回风巷进行工程验证.实践表明:采用桁架锚索配合单体液压支柱("π"型梁)联合加固后,顶底板、两帮收敛值较常规锚网索支护分别降低 80%、70%以上,桁架锚索最大轴力均值为其屈服破坏荷载的 76%,工作状态稳定;新掘进区段采用桁架锚索+锚网索支护方案,围岩控制效果更优.研究提出的支护方案显著提升了强采动条件下巷道围岩稳定性,为类似条件下巷道安全高效掘进提供了可靠技术支撑.

In view of the problem of severe instability and damage of large cross-section stoping roadways of fully mechanized top-coal caving faces in Wangjialing Mine under the mining influence of adjacent working faces,methods such as field investigation and research,theoretical analysis,industrial testing,mine pressure monitoring and others are comprehensively adopted to systematically conduct a study of the deformation and damage characteristics of coal roadway,the formation mechanism of roof separation layer displacement,the control mechanism of high pretension truss anchor cables,and the technical system of roadway segmented support under strong mining conditions,and engineering verification is carried out in the 20102 return air roadway.The practice shows that after adopting truss anchor cables to coordinate with single hydraulic prop("π"-shaped beam)for joint reinforcement,the convergence values of the roof and floor,as well as the two sides,are decreased by over 80%and 70%respectively compared to the conventional anchor mesh cable support.The average maximum axial force of the truss anchor cables is 76%of their yield damage load,and the working state is stable;The new excavation section adopts a support scheme of truss anchor cable+anchor mesh cable,which has better surrounding rock control effect.The support scheme proposed by the study significantly improves the stability of roadway surrounding rock under strong mining conditions,providing a reliable technical support for the safe and efficient excavation of roadways under similar conditions.
