中厚煤层切顶卸压自成巷技术研究OA
Research on Self-forming Roadway Technology of Roof Cutting and Pressure Relief in Medium Thick Coal Seams
针对中厚煤层复合顶板条件下沿空巷道围岩应力集中、变形量大及煤柱资源损失严重等问题,以贺西煤矿 4306工作面为工程背景,系统研究了切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷(110工法)在现场的应用效果.基于顶板岩性结构与力学参数,设计了双向聚能预裂切缝方案,并结合 NPR恒阻大变形锚索构建协同支护体系,通过现场监测手段对顶板应力、巷道变形及支护受力特征进行了定量分析.结果表明:当切顶高度取10 m、NPR锚索恒阻力为 300 kN、最大允许变形量为 1200 mm时,留巷顶板最大下沉量控制在 180 mm以内,两帮收敛量小于 260 mm,支架工作阻力较传统工法降低约 20%~25%,巷道整体稳定性显著提升.研究成果为类似中厚煤层条件下切顶卸压自成巷技术的工程应用提供了参考.
In view of the problems of surrounding rock stress concentration,large deformation,severe loss of coal pillar resources and others in retaining roadway along goaf under the condition of medium thick coal seam composite roof,taking the 4306 working face of Hexi Coal Mine as the engineering background,the on-site application effect of roof cutting and pressure relief self-formed roadway without coal pillar(110 working method)is systematically studied.Based on the lithology structure and mechanical parameters of the roof,a bidirectional energy gathering pre-splitting and joint-cutting scheme is designed,and a collaborative support system is constructed by combining NPR constant resistance large deformation anchor cable.The roof stress,roadway deformation,and force-bearing characteristics of the support are quantitatively analyzed through on-site monitoring means.The results show that when the roof cutting height is set to 10 m,the NPR anchor cable constant resistance is 300 kN,and when the maximum allowable deformation amount is 1200 mm,the maximum subsidence amount of the retaining roadway roof is controlled within 180 mm,the convergence amount of the two sides is less than 260 mm,the working resistance of the bracket is reduced by about 20%to 25%compared to the traditional working method,and the overall stability of the roadway is significantly improved.The research results provide reference for the engineering application of roof cutting and pressure relief self-forming roadway technology under conditions with similar medium thick coal seams.
