基于封闭GIS复杂空间SF6泄漏扩散特性与排气策略研究OA
Analytical Study on SF6 Gas Leakage Mechanisms,Diffusion Patterns,and Mitigation Strategies in Confined GIS Spaces
全封闭组合电器室为设备、管道与柜体并存的复杂空间,其SF6气体泄漏易引发设备故障与安全事故.通过数值模拟软件,建立气体绝缘开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)复杂空间泄漏模型,系统分析了组合电器不同泄漏朝向、高度和位置等因素导致的SF6泄漏扩散演化特性,并提出了监测及排气策略.结果表明:向上泄漏,SF6喷射并沿顶板及壁面扩散至GIS空间;向下泄漏,SF6易在底板堆积并逐渐向两侧翻腾式扩散;向两侧空间泄漏,易在套管局部位置聚集且产生上下分流;近墙体泄漏,易在近壁面及角落聚集高浓度SF6;泄漏SF6扩散演化过程可依次表征为高速喷射、涡流卷吸、惯性扩散和重力沉积四个阶段;向上、左右两侧、向下及近壁面泄漏应分别在60 s、48 s、15 s、15 s前启动通风换气装置;回收或换气装置应布置在GIS室顶/底板中间位置与两侧近壁面0~6 m位置、周侧墙体下部位置.研究结果可为GIS室SF6气体监测布置、泄漏气体回收和泄漏事故应急等提供思路和依据.
The fully enclosed combined electrical room represents a complex spatial configuration where equipment,pipelines and cabinets coexist.SF6 gas leakage within such an environment may lead to equipment malfunction and malfunction safety risk.In this study,a gasinsulated switchgear(GIS)is established.The evolution characteristics of SF6 leakage and diffusion under various leakage directions,heights and positions of combined electrical equipment.Based on these analyses,effective monitoring and exhaust strategies are proposed.The results indicate that upward leakage of SF6 is sprayed and diffuses to the GIS space along the roof and wall.The downward leakage tends accumulate in the bottom plate and gradually diffuse to both sides.Leakage toward the space on both sides is easy to gather in the local position of the casing and produce the upper and lower shunt.The leakage near the wall is easy to gather high concentration SF6 in the near wall and corner.The diffusion evolution process of leakage SF6 can be characterized by four stages:high-speed ejection,vortex entrainment,inertial diffusion and gravity deposition.The ventilation device should be started activated within 60 s,48 s,15 s and 15 s respectively for upward,left and right sides,downward and near wall leakage scenarios,respectively.Furthermore,recovery or ventilation device should be arranged in the middle of the top/bottom plate of the GIS room,0-6m near the wall on both sides,and at the lower part of the wall on the surrounding side.The research results can provide ideas and practical guidance for optimizing SF6 gas monitoring layout,leakage gas recovery and leakage accident emergency in GIS room.
