港区电网灵活性资源聚合可行域及其刻画方法OA
Flexible Resource Aggregation Feasible Region of Port Power Network and Its Characterization Method
挖掘港区内部分布式资源的可调潜力,可为港区电网参与大电网灵活互动以及提升整体灵活运行提供重要的参考价值,为此,提出港区灵活性资源聚合可行域的概念.结合港区电网安全运行约束以及光伏、冷链运输和储能为代表的港区分布式资源的运行特性,建立适用于港区的灵活性资源聚合可行域模型,充分挖掘港区灵活性资源的可调潜力.考虑到港区电力网络中光伏为代表的可再生能源出力预测误差具有一定随机性,将灵活性聚合描述为一系列随机优化问题,并设计凸包顶点搜索算法来逼近港区灵活性资源聚合可行域的边界.最后,在IEEE 33节点配电系统修改的港口电力网络变电站关口仿真计算灵活性资源聚合可行域边界,验证了港区灵活性资源聚合可行域方法的有效性.
The continuous advancement of port electrification and the increasing penetration of distributed renewable energy underscore the necessity of harnessing the adjustable potential of distributed resources within port areas.This approach can provide significant insights intothe flexible interaction between port area grids and the main power grid,as well as enhance the overall flexible operation of port area grids.To this end,introduce the concept of the flexible resource aggregation feasible region for port areas.By considering the operational constraints of port area grids and the operational characteristics and adjustable potential of distributed resources,such as photovoltaics,cold chain logistics,and energy storage,a flexible resource aggregation feasible region model suitable for port areas is established.Given the stochastic nature of renewable energy and the uncertainties associated with load forecasting in port power networks,the flexibility aggregation is described as a series of stochastic optimization problems.A convex hull vertex search algorithm is designed to approximate the boundaries of the flexible resource aggregation feasible region.Finally,simulations based on a modified IEEE 33 bus distribution system for a port power network substation are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed flexible resource aggregation feasible region method for port areas.
