随着绿色低碳发展战略的深入实施,电气化改造已在我国各大港口广泛推进.然而,岸桥、场桥等大型物流装卸设备接入港区配电网后,其短时高功率特性会引起负载功率的剧烈波动,进而显著抬升配电网首端节点的电流谐波畸变率.随着谐波畸变率的增加,变压器将承受更多的谐波附加损耗,长期运行在此状态下会加速变压器的老化,最终缩短其使用寿命.基于谐波畸变率与变压器寿命的映射关系,提出一种基于多工况耦合的桥吊谐波影响动态评估模型,量化接入位置、数量及运行状态对配电网首端节点谐波畸变率的贡献度.首先,基于桥吊装置的实际作业运动规律,利用Simulink中的异步电动机模块构建岸桥与场桥的运行仿真模型,用于分析实际工程中港区物流装卸设备的谐波特性.其次,量化桥吊不同运行工况对配电网首端公共节点谐波电流畸变率及港区变压器寿命的影响.最后,基于IEEE 14节点配电网系统的仿真结果表明,该方法准确量化不同工况下的谐波畸变率,为运维人员制定变压器谐波抑制策略、延长设备寿命提供理论依据.

With the deepening implementation of the green and low-carbon development strategy,electrification transformation has been widely promoted in major ports across China.However,after that large-scale logistics handling equipment,such as quay cranes and yard cranes,are connected to the port distribution network,their short-term high-power characteristics can cause severe fluctuations in load power,and then significantly increases the current total harmonic distortion at the primary node of the distribution network.With the rise in total harmonic distortion,transformers will endure greater harmonic-induced additional losses,which,under long-term operation,accelerate aging and ultimately shorten their service lifespan.Based on the mapping relationship between harmonic distortion rate and transformer lifespan,this paper proposes a multioperating-condition-coupled dynamic evaluation model for the harmonic impact of quay cranes,quantifying the contribution of access location,equipment quantity,and operating state to the harmonic distortion rate at the primary node of the distribution network.First,based on the actual operating motion patterns of quay crane devices,a simulation model of quay cranes and yard cranes is constructed in Simulink using the asynchronous motor module to analyze the harmonic characteristics of port logistics handling equipment in practical engineering.Second,the impact of different operating conditions of the quay cranes on the harmonic current distortion rate at the primary common node of the distribution network and the lifespan of port transformers is quantified.Finally,simulation results based on the IEEE-14 bus distribution network system demonstrate that the proposed method accurately quantifies harmonic distortion rate under various operating conditions,providing theoretical support for maintenance personnel in formulating transformer harmonic suppression strategies and extending equipment lifespan.
