基于泊位与岸桥调度的港口微电网优化运行方法研究OA

航运业高耗能、高污染的特点随着贸易量的提升日益凸显,电气化发展成为航运业绿色转型的必经之路.提出一种联合日前调度方法,通过岸电系统和港口微电网的协同运行,联合优化港口物流系统与能源系统运行策略.该方法建立了港口电网物流-能源耦合模型,综合考虑船舶靠泊时间、岸桥作业序列、岸电需求曲线及微电网动态电价,同时考虑港区生活负荷预测与可再生能源的出力不确定性,并研究多岸桥柔性协同机制,提出负荷平移与分时电价差异相结合的调度策略,以降低用能成本并缓解微电网峰值压力.算例表明,与传统的泊位分配策略相比,所提出的联合调度算法能够增强港口微电网的能源独立性、港口运行效率、可靠性和经济性.

The high energy consumption and pollution characteristics of the shipping industry are becoming more and more prominent with the increase of trade volume.Consequently,the development of electrification has become a necessary pathway for the green transformation of the shipping sector.We propose a joint day-ahead scheduling method to jointly optimize the operation strategy of the port logistics system and the energy system through the cooperative functioning of the shore power system and the port microgrid.The method establishes a coupled logistics-energy model for the port power grid,comprehensively considering factors such as the ship berthing time,shore bridge operation sequence,shore power demand curve and microgrid dynamic tariffs.It also considers the uncertainty of the port living load forecast and renewable energy output.Furthermore,the study investigates the flexible synergistic mechanisms of multiple shore bridges,and proposes a scheduling strategy that integrates load leveling with time-of-use tariff differentials.This approach aims to reduce energy costs and alleviate pressure on the microgrid.Examples show that the proposed joint scheduling algorithm can enhance the energy independence,port operation efficiency,reliability,and economic performance of port microgrids compared with the traditional berth allocation strategy.
