针对国家地理标志产品"喻屯甜瓜"提早栽培中存在的先进技术应用不足、设施环境调控受限等问题,本研究集成现代多层覆盖提早栽培技术体系,采用"大拱棚+二道幕+中棚+小拱棚+地膜"5层保温,配套双断根嫁接、"一主两辅"立体整枝、膜下水肥一体化、病虫害绿色防控及精细化"温、光、水、肥"管理.与常规早春栽培相比,定植期提前至1月中旬(提早45~60 d),实现4月初错峰上市,化肥、农药减施30%,667 m2产量达4 000 kg以上,增产35%,市场均价提高41.3%,显著提升了产量、品质与经济效益,为鲁西南设施甜瓜产业高质量发展提供了技术支撑.

Aiming at the problems such as insufficient application of advanced technologies and limited facility environment regulation in the early cultivation of'Yutun Melon',a national geographical indication product,this study integrated an advanced technical system of early cultivation with multi-layer coverage.The system adopted a five-layer insulation structure consisting of large arch shed,secondary thermal curtain,middle shed,small arch shed and plastic film,combined with double-cut root grafting,'one-main-two-auxiliary'stereo pruning,under-film integrated water and fertilizer management,green pest and disease control,as well as refined temperature,light,water and fertilizer regulation.Compared with conventional early-spring cultivation,the transplanting date of the system was advanced to mid-January(45-60 days earlier),realizing staggered marketing in early April.The application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides of the system was reduced by 30%,yield reached more than 4 000 kg per 667 m2 with an increase of 35%,and the average market price increased by 41.3%.The technology significantly improved yield,quality and economic benefits,providing technical support for the high-quality development of protected melon industry in southwestern Shandong.
