Biomics Data Mining and Its Application in Vegetable
生物组学技术的快速发展推动了农业领域的数据挖掘研究,尤其在大田作物中已得到广泛应用.近年来,蔬菜作物的组学研究逐步成为研究热点,其在提升蔬菜产量、优化产品品质以及增强抗逆能力等方面的重要价值日益凸显.基于此,本文综述了生物组学数据挖掘的最新进展,重点探讨了基因组、转录组、蛋白质组和代谢组数据的特性及其在蔬菜研究中的应用.从基因功能解析、调控机制探究到代谢网络构建,结合典型蔬菜作物的相关研究案例,系统总结了数据挖掘技术在蔬菜领域的应用成效.最后,汇总并分析了当前多组学数据整合过程中面临的主要挑战,并从数据分析方法优化、精准育种应用、功能基因验证技术创新等维度,对未来研究方向进行了展望,旨在为蔬菜组学研究的深入开展及其在农业生产中的高效应用提供理论参考与实践借鉴.
The rapid advancement of biomics technologies has propelled data mining research in the agricultural field,particularly with extensive applications in field crops.In recent years,omics research on vegetable crops has gradually become a focal point,highlighting its significant value in enhancing vegetable yield,improving product quality,and strengthening stress resistance.Accordingly,this paper reviews the latest progress in biomics data mining,with a focus on the characteristics of genomic,transcriptomic,proteomic,and metabolomic data and their applications in vegetable research.From gene function analysis and regulatory mechanism exploration to metabolic network construction,the effectiveness of data mining technologies in the vegetable sector is systematically summarized,incorporating case studies on typical vegetable crops.Finally,the major challenges currently faced in the process of multi-omics data integration are consolidated and analyzed.Future research directions are discussed from the perspectives of optimizing data analysis methods,advancing precision breeding applications,and innovating functional gene validation technologies.This review aims to provide theoretical references and practical insights for the in-depth development of vegetable omics research and its efficient application in agricultural production.
