露地蔬菜无人化作业技术应用现状及技术评估方法探索OA

露地蔬菜无人化作业技术作为农业智能化转型的关键驱动力,正在推动蔬菜产业向高效、精准、可持续方向发展.本文系统梳理了露地蔬菜无人化作业技术在耕整地、移栽/播种、田间管理及采收等全环节的应用现状,揭示了其智慧化与精准连续作业的核心特征,同时指出当前面临的技术成熟度不足、成本高昂等挑战.针对以上问题,在分析露地蔬菜无人化作业技术评估研究现状的基础上,构建了 1套覆盖全生产环节的作业质量评估体系,通过多维度指标(如作业精度、稳定性、效率)和科学的权重分配方法(德尔菲法与层次分析法),实现了对无人化作业技术的系统性评价.此外,以甘蓝为例,开展了投入产出比实证分析,量化了无人化作业的经济效益,结果表明,尽管部分环节存在产量损耗,但全程无人化作业在资源利用和成本控制上优势显著,为露地蔬菜无人化技术的优化推广提供了理论依据与实践参考,对加速农业现代化进程具有重要意义.

Unmanned operation technology for open-field vegetables is recognized as a key driver of agricultural intelligent transformation,promoting the vegetable industry toward efficiency,precision and sustainability.The current application status of unmanned operation technology across all production stages is systematically reviewed in this study,including land preparation,transplanting/sowing,field management,and harvesting.The core characteristics of intelligent and precise continuous operations are revealed,while challenges such as insufficient technical maturity and high costs are identified.To address these issues,on the basis of analyzing the research status of unmanned operation technology evaluation of open-field vegetables,a comprehensive quality evaluation system covering the entire production process is established.Through multidimensional indicators(such as operational accuracy,stability,efficiency)and scientific weight allocation methods(Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process),a systematic assessment of unmanned operation technology is achieved.Furthermore,an empirical analysis of input-output ratio is conducted using cabbage as an example,quantifying the economic benefits of unmanned operations.The results indicate that,despite yield losses in certain stages,fully unmanned operations demonstrate significant advantages in resource utilization and cost control.This study provides theoretical and practical references for optimizing and promoting unmanned technology in open-field vegetable production,contributing to the acceleration of agricultural modernization.
