染整行业智能无人车间解决方案OA
Intelligent unmanned workshop solution for the dyeing and finishing industry
面向染整行业加工生产长期依赖人工操作的痛点,通过借鉴其他制造行业的实践,结合工业物联网技术和机器学习技术,提出一种针对智能染整的无人车间解决方案.该方案以多模态传感与人工智能为核心,在边缘计算-云平台协同框架下实现高频数据采集、异常识别与闭环控制,并以工业物联网标准打通设备、工艺与管理数据孤岛,形成从参数预测到配方下发、在线测色、模型迭代优化的全流程闭环.以染色工艺为例,系统可以围绕"目标颜色→配方生成→过程监控与补液→在线测色→模型更新",完成端到端自动化与自适应控制.由于染整加工的复杂性,短期内难以实现完全无人化,随着设备互联、安全合规与异常处置能力逐步成熟,本方案将分阶段稳步推进至完全无人化.
To address the long-standing reliance on manual operation of production equipment in the dyeing and finishing industry,an intelligent unmanned workshop solution is proposed,developed by Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)technologies with machine learning methods,inspired by practices from other manufacturing sectors.The solution,centered on multimodal sensing and artificial intelligence(AI),achieves high-frequency data acquisition,anomaly detection,and closed-loop control within an edge-cloud collaborative framework.It breaks down data silos among equipment,processes,and management systems by adopting IIoT standards,thereby establishing a full-process closed loop that encompasses pa-rameter prediction,recipe deployment,online color measurement,and iterative model optimization.Taking the dyeing pro-cess as an example,the system accomplishes end-to-end automation and adaptive control through the cycle of target color→recipe generation→process monitoring and replenishment→online color measurement→model updating.Owing to the in-herent complexity of dyeing and finishing processes,fully unmanned operation remains challenging in the short term.How-ever,this solution allows for a phased and steady implementation towards full autonomy as equipment interoperability,safe-ty compliance,and exception handling capabilities gradually mature.
