Design of Shaft Seal System for Compressed Air Energy Storage Turbine Unit
为满足空气储能透平机组的特殊密封需求,提出了一种新型轴封系统方案.具体方案设计如下:通过分析空气介质特性和机组运行特点,针对高温漏气问题,设计了隔离气与缓冲腔室组合的方案,有效降低了漏气温度;采用非能动直排结构实现了轴封漏气的控制,利用烟囱效应形成了微负压密封;优化了门杆漏气管道布置,实现了部分工质的回收;提出了分级流速控制和管道坡度设置方面的建议.以上各种措施有效提高了机组整体效率.研究成果可为空气储能透平机组的轴封设计提供参考.
To meet the specific sealing requirements of compressed air energy storage(CAES)turbine units,a novel shaft seal system scheme was designed.The specific design was as follows:by analyzing the characteristics of the air medium and the operational features of the unit,a scheme combining isolation air and a buffer chamber was designed to address the issue of high-temperature air leakage,which could effectively reduce the leakage temperature.A passive direct-discharge structure was adopted to control shaft seal leakage,and the chimney effect was used to create a micro-negative pressure seal.The layout of the valve stem leakage pipeline was optimized to achieve partial working fluid recovery.Simultaneously,recommendations for staged flow velocity control and pipeline slope were proposed.These measures effectively improved the overall efficiency of the unit.The research findings can provide reference for the shaft seal design of CAES turbine units.
