采用ICP-OES法测定合金钢中的钽OA
Determination of Tantalum in Alloy Steels by ICP-OES Method
目前,含钽(Ta)的新型铁素体耐热钢BW2在600℃汽轮机中得到应用.使用微波消解法处理合金钢样品,选择Ta 240.063 nm为分析线,对方法参数进行优化,建立使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定合金钢中Ta的分析方法,该方法操作简便.测定结果显示:采用该方法测定合金钢中的Ta,工作曲线线性相关系数在0.999以上,回收率为90.0%~105.0%,对于含Ta量0.004 2%~0.039%的合金钢中Ta的测定,精密度满足要求,方法定量限为0.002 8%.研究成果可为BW2等新型合金钢中Ta的快速、准确测定提供参考.
The novel tantalum-containing ferritic heat-resistant steel BW2 is currently being applied in 600℃steam turbines.Alloy steel samples were processed using microwave digestion.Tantalum(Ta)with analytical line of 240.063 nm was selected,and method parameters were optimized to determine Ta in alloy steels using Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry(ICP-OES)method.This method is characterized by its simplicity and convenience.The results indicated that the linear correlation coefficient of the calibration curve exceeded 0.999,and the recoveries ranged from 90.0%to 105.0%.For alloy steels with Ta contents ranging from 0.004 2%to 0.039 0%,the precision could meet the required standards,and the limit of quantification for the method was 0.002 8%.The research findings can provide reference for rapid and accurate determination of Ta in new types of alloy steels,such as BW2.
