300 MW空气透平低压缸鼓风发热实例研究OA
A Case Study on Windage Effect of a 300 MW Air Turbine Low Pressure Cylinder
鼓风可使通流温度在短时间内急剧升高,影响透平的安全稳定运行.通过梳理某300 MW空气透平在3 000 r/min下长时间空转及带初负荷工况下发生低压缸鼓风发热时的各运行参数,研究分析了各参数变化的关联性,得出低压缸鼓风发热的主要影响因素.研究得出如下结论:空气透平在升转速阶段,低压末2级叶片均已开始鼓风;在机组3 000 r/min空转及带负荷运行的停机瞬态,低压排气温度、末级叶片进口温度、次末级叶片进口温度均会有较大的上升,最高运行温度出现在3 000 r/min长时间空转阶段后的停机瞬态工况下;各运行工况下,末级叶片进口与次末级叶片进口、低压排气相比,相应温度变化更大,且绝对温度数值也最高,实际运行中需监控末级叶片进口温度的变化.研究成果可为后续的空气透平设计和启动运行提供支持.
Windage can cause a rapid and significant increase of temperature in the flow path of turbine within a short period,thereby affecting the safe and stable operation of the unit.By analyzing the operation parameters of a 300 MW air turbine during long-time idling at 3 000 r/min and under initial load condition when windage occurred in the low-pressure cylinder,the correlations among parameters were investigated,thereby,the main influencing factors of windage in the low-pressure cylinder were identified.The study yields the following conclusions:during the speed-up phase of the air turbine,windage has already commenced in the last two stages of the low-pressure cylinder;at the shut-down transient after idling at 3 000 r/min and under load condition,the low-pressure exhaust temperature and the inlet temperatures of blades in the last two stages will be much higher.The highest operating temperature appears at the shut-down transient after idling at 3 000 r/min,and under all operating conditions,the inlet temperatures of the last-stage exhibit larger variation and higher absolute values compared to the inlet temperatures of the penultimate stage and the exhaust temperatures of the last-stage.Therefore,monitoring the inlet temperatures of the last-stage is essential in actual operation.The research findings can provide support for subsequent air turbine design and startup operation.
