Life Prediction and Optimization of Solar Thermal Power Turbine Rotor Under Frequent and Rapid Startup-Shutdown Cycles

光热汽轮机的频繁快速启停会加速汽轮机使用寿命的损耗,因此关注高温转子部件的运行安全尤为重要.采用有限元方法,分析了光热汽轮机中低压转子在日常启动过程中的瞬态温度场和应力场,利用Manson-Coffin方程对转子寿命进行了预测,计算结果表明停机12 h的温态启动状态下,再热蒸汽温升率1.5℃/min的单次启停转子的寿命损耗为0.002%.同时将再热蒸汽温升率提高至2.2℃/min,对比二者的疲劳寿命相关参数,确定前者可以兼顾寿命与经济性,在保证转子的运行安全的同时可满足光热汽轮机频繁快速的启停需求.研究成果可为光热汽轮机转子的温态启动寿命评估提供数据支撑.

Frequent and rapid startup-shutdown cycles in solar thermal power turbines accelerate the consumption of their service life,making the operational safety of high-temperature rotor components particularly critical.Using the finite element method,this study analyzes the transient temperature and stress fields of the intermediate and low-pressure rotors during daily startup process.The Manson-Coffin equation is employed to predict the rotor's fatigue life,and the calculation results indicate that for a warm startup following a 12-hour shutdown,the single startup-shutdown cycle results in a rotor life consumption of 0.002%.Furthermore,by setting the temperature rise rates of reheat steam to 1.5℃/min and 2.2℃/min respectively and comparing the corresponding fatigue life parameters,it is determined that the former rate offers a balance between fatigue life and economy.This rate ensures the operational safety of the rotor while meeting the requirements for the rapid and frequent startup-shutdown cycles of solar thermal power turbines.The research findings can provide data support for the life assessment of solar thermal power turbine rotors during warm startup.
