为探究蝴蝶兰杂交后代遗传表现,指导蝴蝶兰杂交亲本选配,提高育种效率,以白色蝴蝶兰Phal V3 为母本,紫红色蝴蝶兰Phal Big Chili 为父本进行杂交,对其杂交 F1 代的性状分离和遗传表现进行研究.结果表明:F1 代花色分离比例接近 1∶2∶1,且颜色深浅在双亲之间呈梯度分布,其中 33.5%的 F1 代出现亲本没有的线纹;39.5%的 F1 代植株花梗颜色为双亲没有的褐色;15%左右的 F1 代植株花朵大小高于双亲.花朵横纵径和梗粗的变异系数较低,表明这3 个性状具有较高的遗传稳定性;F1 代杂种优势指数大小在 85.64%~146.04%,中亲优势率在 31.4%~46.04%;花色、花序长、花朵数及花朵纵径 4 个性状为正向遗传,花梗颜色、线纹、梗粗、梗高及花朵横径 5 个性状在 F1 代群体中表现出减弱趋势.通过相关性分析可知,F1 代花朵是否有纹路与花色和梗粗极显著相关,而花朵大小与花朵数、花序长极显著相关.蝴蝶兰杂交后代 9 个表型性状的分离特征和遗传表现为蝴蝶兰育种亲本的选配和新品种选育提供依据和参考.

To explore the genetic performance of Phalaenopsis hybrid offspring,guide the selection and matching of Pha-laenopsis hybrid parents,and improve breeding efficiency.Taking the white Phalaenopsis Phal V3 as the female parent and the purple-red Phalaenopsis Big Chili as the male parent,hybridization was carried out,and the trait segregation and genetic performance of its hybrid F1 generation were studied.The results showed that the flower color segregation ratio of the F1 gen-eration was close to 1∶2∶1,and the color depth showed a gradient distribution between the two parents,among which 33.5%of the F1 generation had striations not present in the parents;39.5%of the F1 generation plants had brown pedicel color not present in the parents;and approximately 15%of the F1 generation plants had flower sizes larger than both parents.The coef-ficients of variation of flower transverse diameter,flower longitudinal diameter and pedicel thickness were low,indicating that these three traits had high genetic stability;the heterosis index of the F1 generation ranged from 85.64%to 146.04%,and the mid-parent heterosis rate ranged from 31.4%to 46.04%;four traits,namely flower color,inflorescence length,number of flowers and flower longitudinal diameter,showed positive inheritance,while five traits,namely pedicel color,striations,pedicel thickness,pedicel height,and flower transverse diameter,showed a weakening trend in the F1 generation population.Correlation analysis showed that the presence or absence of striations in F1 generation flowers was extremely significantly correlated with flower color and pedicel thickness,while flower size was extremely significantly correlated with the number of flowers and inflorescence length.The segregation characteristics and genetic performance of the nine phenotypic traits of Phalaenopsis hybrid offspring provide a basis and reference for the selection of Phalaenopsis breeding parents and breeding new varieties.
