为研究油茶对铝毒害的响应机制,筛选抗铝品种,以一年生香花油茶(Camellia osmantha)、普通油茶(Camellia oleifera)、南荣油茶(Nanrong Camellia oleifera)、陆川油茶(Luchuan Camellia oleifera)幼苗为研究对象,研究不同浓度铝(Al)胁迫下几种油茶幼苗的生理生化响应.结果表明:香花油茶义航、普通油茶岑软 24 号、陆川油茶、南荣油茶幼苗叶片中的叶绿素含量随着铝浓度的增加而减少,当铝浓度大于 600 mg/kg 时显著减少;义航、岑软 24 号、陆川油茶、南荣油茶幼苗根、茎、叶中丙二酮(MDA)含量随着铝浓度的增加而增加,相对于叶片,根和茎中 MDA 含量增加显著;义航、岑软 24 号、陆川油茶、南荣油茶幼苗根、茎、叶中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及可溶性蛋白含量均随着铝浓度的增加先增加后减少,当铝浓度大于 600 mg/kg 时减少显著.

In order to study the response mechanism of Camellia oleifera to aluminum toxicity and screen aluminum-resistant varieties.Taking one-year-old seedlings of Camellia osmantha,C.oleifera,Nanrong C.Oleifera,and Luchuan C.oleifera as research objects,the physiological and biochemical responses of several C.oleifera seedlings under different concentrations of aluminum(Al)stress were studied.The results showed that the chlorophyll content in the leaves of C.osmantha Yihang,C.oleifera Cenruan 24,Luchuan C.oleifera and Nanrong C.oleifera seedlings decreased with increasing Al concentration and decreased significantly when the Al concentration was greater than 600 mg·kg-1;the malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the roots,stems and leaves of C.osmantha(Yihang),C.oleifera(Cenruan 24),Luchuan C.oleifera and Nanrong C.oleifera seed-lings increased with increasing Al concentration,and compared with the leaves,the MDA content in the roots and stems in-creased significantly;the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,peroxidase(POD)activity,catalase(CAT)activity and soluble protein in the roots,stems and leaves of C.osmantha(Yihang),C.oleifera(Cenruan 24),Luchuan C.oleifera and Nanrong C.oleifera seedlings all increased first and then decreased with increasing Al concentration,and decreased significantly when the Al concentration was greater than 600 mg·kg-1.
