春见柑橘营养元素含量的年周期变化规律研究OA

探明春见柑橘中营养元素含量的周年变化规律,为后续科学施肥提供指导.通过采集不同时间内,春见的叶片与果实样本,测定 10 种元营养素含量,并分析其变化规律与各元素间的相关性.结果表明:从 2 月到次年 1 月,叶片中 N、K、Ca、Mg 呈先降后增再降的变化趋势;B、Cu 与 N 等相反;P 和 Fe 呈先降后增的趋势.从 6 月到次年 1月,果实中的大、中量元素呈先增后降的趋势,微量元素呈下降趋势.相关性分析表明,叶片中 Ca、Cu 等元素更易与其他元素表现显著相关性,叶片中 Ca 和 Fe 呈极显著正相关关系(p<0.01),Cu 和 Mg 呈极显著负相关关系.果实内各元素基本呈正相关关系.叶片与果实养分间大部分呈负相关关系,如叶片 Mg 与果实 Fe、Zn 等.但叶片和果实 P 与其余元素相关关系均不显著(p>0.05).结合春见物候期,在实际生产中,花期和幼果期应注重 B、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn 等微量元素的补充,果实膨大期注重 N、K、Mg、Ca 的补充,品质形成期注意适当补充 P 元素.

To explore the annual cycle variation law of nutrient element content in'Harumi'citrus and provide guidance for subsequent scientific fertilization,leaf and fruit samples of'Harumi'citrus were collected at different times to determine the content of 10 nutrient elements,and their variation laws and correlations among various elements were analyzed.The results showed that from February to January of the following year,the contents of N,K,Ca and Mg in leaves showed a variation trend of decreasing first,then increasing and then decreasing;the variation trends of B and Cu were opposite to that of N;and the contents of P and Fe showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.From June to January of the following year,the macro and medium elements in fruits showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,while the trace elements showed a decreasing trend.Correlation analysis showed that elements such as Ca and Cu in leaves were more likely to show significant correlations with other elements;Ca and Fe in leaves showed an extremely significant positive correlation(p<0.01),and Cu and Mg showed an extremely significant negative correlation(p<0.01).All elements in fruits basically showed positive corre-lations.Most of the nutrients between leaves and fruits showed negative correlations,such as Mg in leaves and Fe and Zn in fruits.However,the correlations between P in leaves and fruits and other elements were not significant(p>0.05).Combined with the phenological period of'Harumi'citrus,in actual production,attention should be given to the supplementation of trace elements such as B,Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn during the flowering and young fruit stages;attention should be given to the supple-mentation of N,K,Mg and Ca during the fruit enlargement stage;and appropriate supplementation of P should be noted during the quality formation stage.
